Went through the drive thru at prime dinner time expecting to get the ?freshest? food (not the kind that?s been sitting out).... The fries tasted uncooked but yet refried if that makes any sense. The fries certainly didn?t taste fresh or recently preparedand I had to waste them. My chicken sandwich had lettuce all over the inside of the box but barely any on the actual patty. Ihad to gather up the lettuce and remake the sandwich. My sister got the adult chicken nugget happy meal and it totally wasn?tworth the $10/$12 just for the box and toy. Stick to regular nuggets and fries and you?ll save money. Service is below par atthis location and the quality of food is not a priority. Read more
Were to begin. It doesn't matter what you have ordered at this location you are getting whatever the stagf decides. Three... separate orders each one with missing or incorrect items. Don't waste your time or your money here. There is a Wendy's acrossthe street and they never seem to give incorrect orders. Read more
The 24 hour drive through closes at 2am. Their menu is not complete when they are open. The mobile app does not tell you that... you cannot get items at any time. Read more
Service was slow, but courteous going thru drive-thru. Food was to normal McDonald's standards. Recommend the other McDonald's... on Sudley Rd near I-66 for much faster drive-thru service. Read more
As usual with most McDonald's order wrong. My buy one 1/4 pounder no cheese and get one for $1 was 1 sandwich with that awful... American cheese, but it was 130 a.m. and it was hot. Oh well. Read more

literally went for a cup of water? because i don?t drink sodas/juice? when i came to the speaker i was told to proceed to the... 2nd window and i would get the water cup for free there. so i pull up and the employee went to the manager and they were takingreally long, so i called the manager (as her name is Sonia.) and she was very rude right away, she said ?you can not come forwater, you need to order something or do not come at all, you are holding up my line and move, you want water you pay? and iasked ?since when do we charge for water? so i went around and went inside as i was with 2 other people and they wanted waterand i told her ?i understand about the times as i work at mcdonalds also? she was very sarcastic and said ?great, good for you,i don?t care? and she said ?you want water i charge you for water bottle?. it was the WORST experience ever that i have everbeen in. why is a MANAGER doing the worst customer service then the employees? i expect a crew member to be rude not a manager.i will NEVER go back. but i will let the chain of command be known about the manager Sonia. very unacceptable. There wasn?t even a big line and they still took 15-20 minutes. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and when I was waiting I... noticed most people got their orders wrong. When they gave me my ?smoothie? it was ice cream they told me it was a smoothie. Read more
