A loyal customer with an unfortunate experience . Order #: 832376420 "Your order delivery estimate is today between... 3:06pm-3:16pm" Once I saw the order tracking had said "delivered" I checked outside the suite/office and building 3 timesbefore I called in around 3:30 p.m. From the beginning the manager was standoffish in tone and dialog, "If it says deliveredthen IT WAS DELIVERED" is what the manager said to me even after explaining I had never received the food. It was a $50 order,not much for a Tuesday lunch but I WOULD RECONSIDER catering or any delivery purchases from Panera especially if you are on atight schedule and value customer service. Read more
Most Paneras leave their cups out and allow for kiosk ordering for quick and convenient self service. Not this one. Apparently... the franchisee doesn't trust their customers. Read more
I've had better experience at Panera. We ordered two sandwiches. One came wrong and the second was not grilled as it usually... comes. When I approached the manager he didn't even offer to replace the order. We swallowed the food but it was not pleasant. Read more
The service is great and so is the food. The manager went far and beyond to assist me with an issue i did. I placed an order at... the wrong panera and couldn't make it to pick up it up there so the manager called to cancel the order and place my order to thecorrect panera i was at. Read more
I had the Mexican corn chowder soup in the sourdough breadbowl with a baguette on the side. It was all delicious. The bead was... fresh and fluffy, the soup was served nice and hot. The soup was mildly spicy and was thick and creamy with lots of actualpieces of corn and pieces of other veggies like peppers, potatoes and broccoli. I was there at 4pm on a Saturday and there wereonly a couple other people there. My food was ready almost immediately. The staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant waspretty clean. And the price was very reasonable. My whole meal was $11. Read more
WORTS service ever! I am a frequent customer of panera but this one has the worst customer service, they are rude. I just bought... this sandwich and the last time I was there the cream was spoiled and at no time did they help me, on the contrary they ignoredme when I asked for help. Read more
I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning and it is TERRIBLE! The bacon looks like leftover crumbs and the cheese is minimal... at best. I didn't even know there was cheese on there. You gotta do better. Shouldn't matter what time someone comes in forbreakfast. Read more
