I ordered a vegetarian sandwich. They delivered to me a tuna sandwich. And then, I re-order it again they didn?t charge me... anything. This time includes cookies saying sorry. It was so nice of them. Read more

Love this location. Easily some of the best customer service I've ever had from a food chain, and probably even more broadly... than that. While they may make minor mistakes with my delivery orders from time to time, particularly at peak hours, it'sgenerally never something major or unforgiveable. When something does go wrong though, like a missing item (or half of an item),they are always supremely willing to go the distance to make it right, even if it's not their fault (like a dasher forgetting togive us something and vanishing into the night). I came into Panera bread this morning. The level of customer service it treacherous. Its apparent they are shedding money left... and right. I paid $14 for a half a sandwhich and bowl of chili. I didnt get a cup when i ordered immediately so i asked for one.Everyone saw me order abd pay yet when it came time for me to come back and get a cup i was interrogated. I asked the line toplace some cheese on my soup. The lady damn near had a stroke. She tried to hand me a slice of cheese. I specifically asked forshredded cheese. The manager came right over with ultimate customer service. Everyone else appears to hate their jobs. I cantstand abysmal customer service. This is unacceptable for a company i spent $30 daily with my staff. Ive completely lost myappetite. Read more
I ordered an orange scone and there is a hair in it! I found the hair after a bite, so gross! The hair is inside the scone so... that I'm sure it's definitely not mine. So disappointed. Will never visit this place again. Read more
Well like everything everyone has an off day but from my point of view it's just bad staff not all but just saying. I asked for... some basic condiments and was told they are right under the drinks. I informed them they were empty so they said we don't havemore then. I asked is there stuff to restock or could they get someone to restock and with a blank stare just said no we arebusy and don't have anymore. Never looked never asked anyone else oh and was just standing there because they had no otherorders for a few minutes. So as I left they went right back to talking with there fellow employees. I've tried a few times withthis panera but no improvements. Lack of effort! Cold sandwiches that are not suppose to be and maybe a hint of warmth on thesoup. Definitely not hot. So there it is my review boils down to lack of care for customers more dependent on the name of panerato bring in customer. I'll definitely go to gainesville wich is further away than the manassas 1 that's only minutes from whereI live .there loss let me know when PANERA actually cares on trains employees better Read more
