Horrible, delivered to the wrong house without even confirming the order was for the correct house. We now have to wait a total... of an hour and 30 to get our food and the person who picked up could not or would not even try to reimburse us nor even givecredits for the trouble. They never even apologized for the driver's incompetence or the mix-up. Read more
5-star service & timing... small comments for improvement on the pizza. I tried to repeat the Captains H&H recipe for a... #VanessaGuillen pizza at this store. The dough was cooked, correct on no toppings in the center zone, staff did not skimp oncheese, it?s better to place the pepperoni on last for aesthetics - but the pizza did not taste like ?COVID (or the #FortHoodmurders) never happened.? I was able to achieve that effect at the Maryland Greenbelt PJ store #727. I recommend staff forover for a quick visit :) :). Conditions for dough storage & temperature are very specific. Read more

Absolute terrible service. Ordered from Doordash for pickup, arrived at the store after the estimated time. They tell me that... the order will take another couple minutes because it is in the oven. I wait. And then, they can't find the order. They tell methat I must have cancelled the order. Come to find out, they never confirmed the order and waited to deny the order until I wasin the store. I didn't get the denial until I was standing there while they tried to find the order. Terrible service. Read more
