Wow this place has really gone down hill... placed a order online the app said my order was ready went up to the drive through... and paid for my food then the lady walked away and didn't come back for 10 mins finally handed me my card back 10 mins laterthen dissappears for another 10 mins and some guy rudely asked me what I was there for and started yelling saying he didn't haveany order in the system for me and eventually talked to someone in the back and said oh they're still cooking it... literallywaited for 35 mins for this when the app told me the order was ready. Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous service this place hasthese days. Wasn't this bad when I went 6 months ago. After being told that I would have to wait another 15 mins on top of the35 mins i wasted sitting in the drive through because the cook had to "remake" my pizza I ended up having to ask for a refundand would you believe that took another 15 mins? Barely put any sauce on my pizza there were hardly any pieces of chicken it was just all banana peppers and cheese. Took over an... hour to get on a Monday night. Not sure if I'll be ordering from them again. Read more
Worst experience ever I ordered my pizza at 7 and it?s 11 and the I called at 9 and they said they had no drivers but the pizza... will be there shortly but it never came and then i called again at 10:30 and they said it will be there in 15 but it never cameso i called again and they said they don?t have the pizza even tho I ordered it and they kept saying they do have it and it wascoming, the employer said that they had a lot of drivers so it just doesn?t make sense. This location constantly ?loses? orders placed. The third time this happened, I had placed it online. The status said it was... ready for pick up, so I go to the drive through, and the order is not found. They tell me the machine there is broken, that Ihave to park and go inside to place a new order. I do that, only to be left waiting at the cash register for several minutes.Nobody acknowledged me or offered to take my order. Having kids to feed at the moment I had to leave and find a differentoption. I don?t plan to go here again and I don?t recommend it either. The service is constantly horrible. Read more

Hadn't been here in years! So, we tried the new melts. We were very disappointed! We grabbed them quickly on Halloween night,... and didn't check them until we were ready to eat while kids handed out candy.
