I don't go to this Hut all that frequently - well, maybe twice a month - though there is usually not a problem when I do. I... generally order using the Web page that way I can specifically type what I want to order and how I want it. I generally just dopizza or pasta and even when I make a special request they make the food correctly and are nice. Not sure I can say they evermessed up an order I've made. I recommend this Hut. They might have had bad reviews in the past but this pizza hut gets it done. Atleast on Weds and Sunday nights when I eat from... there. They try really hard and are very customer friendly and nice to you. Food is always on time or earlier. Read more

I think they might be struggling and need help. I called the man place me on hold for 15mins. Due to them being my first go to.... I then went online to another pizza place to see their specials and ordered online, which mean they literally just lost moneydue to placing someone on hold for that long and would've probably been longer if I hadn't hung up. No owner or manager is goingto want to hear their store losing money and it's sad cause I'm only one person but how many other people are on hold or isupset do to other reasons with this location. I placed my order online and then contacted the store to give them specific directions on cooking the pizza. Normally the dough... on the super supreme is under cook, so I contacted them to have them cook it well. I was assured that they would...they evencalled me by name when I called, so I know they got my order in store. When my sister brought the pizza home, not only was thepizza undercooked, but the breadsticks were also undercooked. That is why I was upset. When I called the store back, I was givena credit, so that sort of made up for my ruined dinner. Read more
It has been years since I had ordered pizza from this location. The service was great and the people were very friendly. My... pizza was ready when I walked in and I was greeted with a smile. The pizza was hot and made exactly as I ordered it and thetaste was great as well. This is a place I will order pizza from the next time I feel like having pizza. Read more
Had a pizza delivered and should have known by the outside of the box that it wasn?t going to be pretty.. so much grease on the... inside too. I had to throw away two pieces because they were soggy. Decided to give this another try after a few years. We did curbside pickup, clicked the "I'm here" button and waited, like... idiots, for a good 7/8 minutes before giving up and going inside to get our order. Be warned that if you choose curbside itwon't happen here Read more
