I always pause before writing negative comments but after more than one less than stellar visit and after this most recent one I... shall detail my experience. First. I have been a Qdoba lover through thick and think for over 20 years. Despite this I will bedoing my best to not return to this particular franchise. The food was on par but the overall vibe I get from staff is thatthey don?t want me there. I was the only customer today and no one said hello and just seemed to begrudgingly acknowledge mypresence with a grunt. Upon ordering, mostly no issues but I felt like they were doing me a favor to get my food rather than Iwas doing the favor by getting food there. When I asked for a certain dressing, the response ?it?s out? no alternative oranything. I visited today as I had credits that were expiring and I needed to used them. This required two credit cards. Uponpaying I asked for the bill to be split, the lady nodded and said ok then proceeded to put it on one card. They would not voidthe transaction and make it right and with kids in tow I didn?t want to deal with it. Just said sorry and gave me the ?movealong? face again. So I lost 25 bucks. There also seems to be a bit pf a language barrier as there was lots of bantering backand forth in Spanish but from what I heard in both languages it seemed like my request was understood. Horrible, the food is flavorless, they don't have good customer service, they are stingy with the food. Like the little spoon of... sauce for the big bowl is crazy and they get an attitude when you ask for another spoon. Not worth the money. The food looksgood on the plate does not taste good. Honestly I used to always go to chipotle. But ever since trying Qdoba for the first time I?ve never looked back! The rice is a... much higher quality and much tastier. The meat is so juicy and tasty! And it is all put together so well and not cold likechipotle. I love the flavors and care that is put into their food. I?m definitely a fan and always telling people to go to qdobainstead. I just got my work fam in on qdoba too! Love love LOVE it! So many additional options to choose from! Read more
