I ordered the chicken and salmon with vegetables and noodles for $10.75 the food was decent but they gave me a half a piece of... salmon and more chicken I guess they figure because I was black I wanted more chicken. Today’s experience was as distasteful as the food. The chicken was burnt seemed like they recooked old chicken to make it... warm. Complained to someone, don’t know if it was a manager or not but she had absolutely nothing to offer in regards to theburnt chicken. I don’t look for refunds I wanted it to be replaced because I could barely eat from the chicken they gave us.She stated “this is how we serve it and no one has complained.” she did not care. I was in having lunch today for about the 15th or 16th time since It first opened, also have friends that I have sent in there.... The hibachi chicken was extremely dry I showed Lina at the counter that I did not eat very much of it because it was not verygood I asked for a refund she basically told me that she wasn’t gonna do anything I ask for a manager they don’t have one Iasked for a corporate telephone number she couldn’t give me one. I have never had a problem in this place before but I willnever be back and I will let my six or more friends that go there know my experience. Stopped by for a meal, They would not honor the punch card that every quickway restaurant provides. The food was already sitting... there already cooked on the side of the grill before I ordered. I asked how long it had been sitting there because they had toreheat it. They told me 30 minutes but after asking that they tried to serve me the old food and instantly started cooking freshchicken. Food was prepared super fast and it was really delicious. I got the beef bento box with white rice, vegetables, California... rolls, spring rolls, and dumplings. Just don’t expect the bento box to be small or nicely packed like the pictures online. Itwas still super good though. Read more

My food was absolutely tasteless. Shrimp was half the size of your pinky. Chicken was worse than Chipotle. When I say tasteless,... I mean T.A.S.T.E.L.E.S.S. And the oil it\'s all cooked in, soooo much oil, felt like twice as much as a Chinese place, andthick. Made me feel sick. I\'m writing this immediately after eating, which I threw half of it away.
