Food was delicious, but both burgers and both fries were all cold, extra napkins weren't brought with cold meals as requested,... ketchup was empty, place was not even remotely busy, different employee filled my drink because original server didn'treturn.......won't be back for a few months, hopefully they'll have good management training good employees. The cold burgerswere good but could(should) have been great if management and FOH and BOH all are on the same page. I give the food and drinks 5 stars. The veggie burger is one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. The sweet potato... fries are great, nice and thin and crispy. I love the variety of lemonades that they have available. My favorite is calledPoppin Purple Lemonade. I also love that they offer free refills on many of the drinks and side orders. The reason I can't givethe restaurant a full five stars is it's not as clean as would be ideal. The last time I went the floors were sticky, the boothhad some crumbs on the seat and the glass that my drink came in wasn't very clean. The service is good and the food is usuallyprepared quickly. Today Jamie was my bartender, she?s not really the regular bartender but she did pretty awesome with my house margarita, it was... a custom modified by the book margarita. Jamie is also very nice, let?s see if she remembers not to put croutons in my sidesalad and gets me the Baja ranch. Go Jamie! 5 Minute Update: they put croutons in the salad, so I showed Jamie the review fora laugh. Now let?s see if she gets me a salad refill ;)- she came back and asked me if I wanted a salad refill, so 5 stars forJamie. My wife and I had chicken salad. Lettuce was nasty. Not fresh at all. Had to be 3 days old.

My first impression of this Red Robin was the bathroom (pictured). If the condition of this bathroom is indicative at all of the... conditions of the kitchen, color me concerned. I was being treated to dinner, but on a normal day, I would never spend $13 onthe burger I received. It was flat and just looked depressing. Thankfully, it tasted alright, and I didn't get sick fromit. Our waitress was very kind and attentive, and that's where the entirety of the two stars is coming from. I'm inside the red Robin restaurant and ordered two different dishes the first one was Mac Cheese potato arrived extremely dry... and tasteless has no cheese and the pasta is dry, we have the garlic fries as you can see in the image someone just threw somesome chunks of grated garlic on top of the totally tasteless potato that really very frustrating cost of that dish wasapproximately $ 10. regarding the second dish I was really satisfied the fried chicken is very tasty and crispy the breadedprawns are also very tasty and I don?t even have to comment on the fries it?s just wonderful the only complaint I have is withthe side dishes French fries and especially Mac and cheese, which for me was the worst of all. to finish receiving again dishthat was returned, MAC N CHEESE.
