Milkshakes at Sheetz are hands down the best. Not loaded with toxic fillers like other places. Closely guarded secret.
The first time I went it was overwhelming! I walked up to the counter. Stood in what seemed like a line but when I got to the... front no one helped me. I looked around, found a friendly face and asked the lady how to place an order. She walked me overto the kiosk . After placing an order you must go to another lone to pay. An employee saw my confusion and jumped in to help. After that everything went smoothly. The cashier gave me a bag and told me go over to the sandwich counter. The sandwichcounter man was helpful too! He told the story of Sheetz and its one stop shop concept. He shared that there is a separate counter for the drinks. He also got me a drink carrier spoons and straws! The drink lady was super awesome too! This is my daily coffee stop. They have machines that grind and brew your cup when you order it. Sometimes I even order the food... here, which is surprisingly decent. Never had any complaints. Gas prices are OK. I come here when the line at Costco is toolong. Read more
Don't use the drive thru if you want to get your food hot or even at all. Older Spanish woman asked what I needed I told her I... had an online order she said okay closed the window n then continued to stock cigarettes. I thought mabe it's not ready right?Nope I guess she didn't want to serve me my food. Why have a drive thru if I gotta wait there then come inside. The ticketclearly said drive thru. I understand she's been working there awhile but I communication goes along way. Even her simply sayinghey it's inside would have saved me 10 min. So now I'm late to work and mad. The ticket even said deliver to drive thru. It wasa Thursday morning. Noone was at the counter. I work in hospitality and even if your having a bad day you're nice to people orat least communicate simple directions let alone follow them. Even if I choose to pick up in store on the app if I came throughthe drive thru that shouldn't be an issue. I thought mabe I messed up and chose in store but I didn't. If I haddnt looked at myphone to see how long it had been id prob still be sitting there. I chose the drive thru so I wasn't late.. epic fail. She needsa write up. Read more
Love Sheetz This location is really good for my wife and I we go here so often, my wife love the food MTO and the coffee. Every... time we go on road trip we planned to stop at Sheetz. Sheets became part of the lifestyle and part of my life. I always love tobe in Sheetz and happy to have this location close to my house. I will keep visiting and ordering the good food. Read more
Order bacon fried egg and cheese sandwich, and sausage scrambled with cheese. Got no egg on either. Just go some where else... for breakfast. Not worth it. Read more
Your typical Sheetz, serving both food and gas. The area around the pumps and the parking lot was clean. It was evening/dark and... the area was well lit. The inside was clean. I didn't order food this time but I imagine it would be up to the standards ofevery other Sheetz. One thing I really like about Sheetz is being able to pay at the pump with Google Pay. In addition, I havemy Sheetz number stored in the Google Pay app, so I can both get my 3 cent discount and pay for my gas without having to take mywallet out. This is a big plus. What I don't like about Sheetz is the same of e15 gas. With so many fueling options, it canbecome way to accidentally mis-fuel my motorcycle. I wish Sheetz would have separate pumps for e15 and above. I also wish theywould sell ethanol-free (e0) gas. Read more
So starting off I live in NJ but I'm from this area, so any time I stop around the VA WV area I always go to sheetz because it's... my favorite however I felt compelled to leave a review because this location was by far the worse experience I have had inseveral years. First I had made a order to have a burrito with extra chicken, the reason this is important is extra costs extrabut what I got was a wrap that was busting open down the whole thing with guacamole, now I had ordered guacamole as well but Ididn't expect 80% of the thing to just be that. As well this had the least amount of chicken I have every received in a burrito,especially given that I normally don't do extra, that sets how disappointing this was, it was only 5 small chunks of chicken inthe whole thing. secondly communication was out the window, I never tryed to bring up the issue stated with the burrito as Ididn't eat until I had already left but I also was looking to get nicotine chewing gum, I asked at the front desk and the persontalking to me claims not to understand what that is, and told me she isn't from this country even tho she was speaking prettyclearly to me about other stuff so I am very confused and don't understand what was going on with that, but her co workers alsojust straight up didn't help her when she didn't understand what nicotine chewing gum is and asked their help, ended up notbuying any and went elsewhere to get it since asking 5 different ways didn't seem to make any since to her and her Co workers asstated just never came over when she yelled for some help. This was uncomfortable and extremely disappointing. Sheetz is myfavorite place to stop, I like their burritos but I'm definitely never stopping at this one any time soon in the future. Read more
