One of the only indoor seating sonics I've visited and was happy with my trip. Food was good and as ordered. Be mindful they... will charge you for things that cost extra but they will not provide it so bring your own extras whether mustard, pickles, orcherries in your drink. Read more

Insanely nice and friendly. Made sure we got orders how we wanted them! Seriously great staff. This was both my sons... birthday meal and our first time at a Sonic ever! First impressions matter and I wish I caught everyone's names! Read more

Horrible service with a 25 minute wait and they have no problem serving your food cold. I would recommend that you never use the... Sonic App so you can just walk away without having to struggle to get your money back for cold food. The restaurant was filthyeven though the dinning room was suppose to be closed. There are really no words for my experience. Read more

I spent 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my meal out which they never came, I told them that I was here to two different... employees and yet nothing was done. I told him that it was ridiculous that I was waiting for such a long time and once I got mymeal it wasn?t even warm it was cold. Along with the fact that my bun for my burger was burnt. My overall experience here washorrible and I do not recommend it to other people they are super understaffed so they can get things done in time andcommunication is bad. Read more

Horrible layout. 5 normal stalls that were all marked as unusable, a drive through with a huge line, an inside area that is... closed, and a very small + confusing parking lot. We parked at a stall before a sign was put up and an employee walked up to us,pointed at us, shook their head and said "drive-through". After we didn't start moving ASAP they again shook their head and said"drive-through" as if we were not comprehending. Couldn't use any of the deals on the app since we couldn't order ahead. ThisSonic is not in a convenient area so we still hopped in the drive through for some drinks. When we got up to the window andplaced our order we were informed they were not doing anything ice cream related and had to quickly change our order. We fullyunderstand that patience is running thin and employees are limited, we deal with that at our jobs too, but the overall visit wasa long list of interesting events. Adding On: I posted my review prematurely and while still sitting in the drive-through. Whenwe pulled up to the pick-up window it was as if all the employees were chilling. Usually I would find that cool and be happythey're happy but not when the line is crawling at a snails pace. They got one of our drinks completely wrong, overcharged us,and didnt mix the other drink up so the bottom was straight syrup. Bummed since this is the only NOVA location. Read more

The slowest drive through experience I've had in a while, was right behind just one person at the pick up, and it took a while... to be attended to. Granted, soon as I got over the window, I received my order almost instantly. And before that, while Iplaced a single order, I requested to add one more item and the attendant wouldn't respond, thought I wasn't loud enough atfirst but realized soon enough I was being ignored. This was my first time ever trying Sonic. I would have liked to have dined inside, but of February, 2022, their inside still... hasn?t reopened to the public. You also can?t enter the restaurant to place an order. So, I ordered on the app, and parked inthe appropriate stall, and waited 20 minutes at a time in the mid morning when there was very little customer traffic here.After an entire 20 minutes of waiting, I finally called their phone, and there was no answer. So I went to their drive in laneand checked in. After a few more minutes of waiting, I received my food from a friendly person who seemed to say the place isn?tstaffed very well. I might try this place again, but If I do, I will plan on going there, checking in, and then leaving to gorun a few errands, and then returning 25 to 35 minutes later to pick up my order. They will hold your food for you for a littlewhile, or make it again if needed, or you can get a refund. They seem to have a system there to be able to handle any of theabove options. Read more

All the guys at work kept telling me "You've never been to SONIC?! You've gotta try SONIC!! I can't believe you haven't gone!"... So, one of the guys decided he'd go pick it up for us...... I asked them all what they usually got and nobody could give me astraight answer - so i started asking about the food items one-by-one "well, what'd you think of the burgers?" - "they'realright.. not great" ... Fried chicken foods are usually all the same... I've heard their mozzarella sticks are amazing, butyou HAVE to have them in-person, not transported. SO ... I got the Footlong Quarter Pound Coney hotdog with ketchup, mustard,and onion rings.. To drink I got the Ocean Water, because it was hyped up and widely talked about by my co-workers... The onionrings were just "meh" and kind of burnt and soggy at the same time. The ocean water was literally just blue food coloring, ahint of flavoring (of what I couldn't tell you), and some fancy nugget ice. Nothing special at all. The coney dog was the only"half-way to greatness" part of the meal. It tasted like your average gas-station high-fat content hot dog from 7-11 just in anenlarged format... It was super long and tasted good... not amazing or great, but it was good. It was a decent hot dog. As afirst-time customer, I can't say that I was wildly impressed or amazed. The experience was just mediocre. I don't think I wouldstop in if I was driving by and had to pay for it myself - but if somebody offered to pick up some food, on their dime, at SonicI wouldn't say no... Read more
