Very packed, and a very long wait but coffee was nice and cookie was really good.
I order my morning coffee in the app 10 minutes after I was in the store for pick up. After an other 15 minutes waiting in store... my coffee wasn't ready yet... so I had to leave the store due to a morning meeting at my work. I couldn't drink my coffeemorning and my hole day was completely messed up by this. At least after I call corporate the offer me a refund. Read more

this location is constantly too busy. as a customer, it's an overwhelming sight to see and experience. the staff is friendly and... the events of people coming in waves are not their fault. However, this location needs people taking orders in the drive throughline to get people their orders faster. The corporation doesn't care enough about it's workers to give them proper tools tohandle the inflow of customers this location deals with. The team deserves 5 stars, but the location and handling of businessmake it 1 star for me. Read more
Took too long for drinks. No trash can on outside, trash on tables outside, no one cares, whatever happen going green. Trash is... not only unsightly, but unsanitary. Worse Starbucks I have ever been at. Read more
The manager here is awful to her staff! I observed her being rude and demanding while not lifting a finger to assist in the... midst of a very busy time. It's no wonder this location closes due to a lack of supplies and workers. This location used to runlike a well-oiled machine. Now they are constantly out of things and overall seems like it's gone downhill. Do betterStarbucks! Read more
Incredible service and refresher made on point. My favorite to go drink at Starbucks is the Mango Dragon Fruit... Refresher. Sweetness: 10/10 I like to add a bottle of water to it after I finish the drink for flavored water throughout theday. Thank you to Juan Paul at the drive through. Went thru drive thru and service was slow, I understand they were busy. Coffee was great but they failed to hand me a cup of... cream on the side which I had asked and they did add to the order. I didn't realize till minutes after I pulled off so I wasn'tgoing back. Orders should be double checked before handing to the customer. Read more
