Omg, Sumo!!! You need to taste it to believe it. I still don't understand how they give heaping portions of FRESH,... high-quality sushi for such rock-bottom prices. AND it comes with hot miso soup and a salad?! The service is super fast andreally sweet. The chef even brought us some amazing crab sushi to try, on the house. My husband doesn't like sushi, so heorders the hibachi, and they bring it to our table. It is mouth-watering, fresh and delicious! Sumo is my Friday night go-to. Our first visit went okay but we recently went back for a second time and noticed how dirty and sticky everything is. The... bathroom is a crime scene, one toilet was broken & we heard a customer in the second stall desperately trying to get the toiletto work. I wonder if a business allows their restrooms and areas used by customers to be in that condition, what?s going on inplaces we can?t see. We won?t be returning and recommend traveling a bit further to a very nice Japanese steak house inCentreville (clean, better food) Oh and check your charges, gratuity was added to my bill for two people. Beautiful restaurant! Friendly staff! I felt welcomed. Staff helped me pronounce one of the entrees I wanted to order, and I... thought that was very nice of her. Any questions I asked, she was very helpful and answered them. I ordered Unagi Donburi! Itwas delicious! I got it specially ordered, and the chef fixed it exactly the way I wanted. I also had Soft Shell CrabTempura.....aaaahhhhh....delicous!!! I loved how they separated my order the way I asked so I could put as much or as much dip,sauce or gravy on it. This was almost a great experience. We got one sushi roll and hibachi. We waited AN HOUR for hibachi because there was only one... guy doing it. We got the Flaming Amy sushi which was really good. The filet and scallops hibachi was very good but the chickenhibachi was massacred. It was so dry and tough, I think he forgot about it. Read more
