Umm so sometimes I hang out at sweetfrog because I?m not that much of a social person and like I don?t bother anyone I sit near... the windows towards the back and be on my phone and usually the workers don?t have a problem with it but that last time I came Iwas told I can?t stay there unless I buy something which was a surprise never happened before first time for everything right ? Good selections of flavors and toppings but I almost always have issues with the cashiers there. I have an account for loyalty... points and on Wednesdays I get an email saying the small cups are $5 no matter the weight. When I came in to get two cups, Ilogged into the iPad upfront and the girl in the front saw me log in however she charged me full price for both cups. They weresupposed to be $10 plus tax total, instead I am charged $20. Didn't bother arguing but I'm wary of this location because thishas occurred a couple of times. We drive all the way from Falls Church to this Sweet Frog. Always clean, lots of flavors, great yoghurt, nice people.
I drove a long way to get to the store the hours on the internet said that they closed at 9:00 pm and when I got to the store... the sign of the store said that they close at 8:30 pm they should put the correct service hours in Internet Thank you! Read more
Clean chain place to get your frozen yogurt. Variety of flavors I have not had at other locations. Very well kept and remarkably... clean. Cashier was really nice and attentive. We were the first ones there it seemed but overall a great stop for this summerdays. Only complain is that they have ran out of small containers, and medium lids so I wasn't able to bring the size I wantedor get a lid to go for the size they made me choose. Read more
First time coming here , the place was super clean. Spotless inside and the staff gave my dogs water. I had one travel dish... with me, but staff members gave us two sweet frog dishes for the puppies. I thought that was nice of them. We will come backagain Read more
