Order:2229477 Store number 020438 This store on multipal occasions messes up when it comes to subbing beans for beef. On... today's order, after ordering my food I immediately let the person working at the front know that the order should have no meatin it. They looked at their screen and confirmed there was no meat. Usually I check before I leave the store but because Iordered so much food and I got a confirmation that every thing was correct from the staff member. I get home 20 minutes laterto find that the Mexican pizza , cheasy Gordita crunch and the hard taco all had beef in it. Even tho I ordered it with no beefand beans instead. This is the forst time I've complained to corporate about this because usually I check my order before Ileave the store. But now it's just like I wasted money and time. I tried to call the store but some one keeps answering andhanging up right away. At this point I'm seeking compensation for messed up food and time wasted. I am also wanting for you tocontact this location and let them know or better train them. I even ordered the Mexican pizza from the vaggie menu and evenmentioned it to the person at the register and still got it wrong I wish taco bell hired competent people who can read an ordercorrectly and make the food right Read more
Long lines in the drive through, mountain dew tastes chemically, like cleaning detergent, and no one that I saw working there... seemed to care that the lines for drive thru were backing up. There are good Taco Bells, but this isn't one of them. Read more

James was extremely rude and hostile towards me. I came in to pick up a delivery order. After 10 mins of waiting for someone to... come to the counter with 3 other delivery drivers waiting, I asked about my customers order. James responded with ?the more youguys ask the longer you will have to wait, there are a ton of orders ahead of you? James then proceeded to mumble that he woulddo something about these delivery drivers if he wasn?t at work. Not professional, ethical or customer service oriented. Guy was very patient and respectful. I asked if I could add another item to my order and he did not hesitate. I asked for a... good amount of Diablo sauces and he loaded it up. He asked if I had 2 cents for my $13.02 since I gave him a hundred to give meexact change. This place is usually a hit or miss on the regular but I'll hive a good rating when it's deserved. They use to serve good, now lines inside and outside. Wait time 15-30 mins for a taco and employees yelling and arguing with... each other all the time. They need new management here or better training. Read more
My reciept number is 1637336601749. I was in the drive through about 810pm on 11/30/22 I ordered a steak bowl, 2 soft taco... supremes, 1 delux gravings box, 1 chicken quesadilla combo, 1 grilled chicken burrito 2 chicken chipotle melts and a extra largebaja blast. i did not recieve the 2 taco supremes, the soft taco for the number 7 combo, and was missing 1 of the chk chipotlemelts. This is the 4th time in a row that i have gone to this location and have been missing items. Also the lady working thedrive through was un able to really understand what we ordered. The soft taco for combo 7 was supposed to be with no lettuce butshe puts add onion. Also we ordered 2 chk chipotle ranch burritos but she only put 1. Why is that i go this location and ialways have issues. We spend our hard earned money and we get service like this. My drive is 10 min from this location so no idid not drive back.
