The Taco Bell vibe had been pretty consistent for decades. However... I'm not a huge fan of this new style. You have to order on... touchscreen kiosks that are always way too short to be comfortable to me. The "Menu" screens behind the counter no longer showthe menu (items with prices)... But instead show ads for new items on the kiosk. The food is fine... But I don't like the newconcept locations. Read more
Waited for 25 minutes for food that was already cold. While I was waiting, one of the line cooks did exceptionally well with an... order that looked amazingly fresh and was meticulously prepared. With freeze drinks and some sweets, too. He delivered them to acar directly from the backline, no reciept on the bag. There was too much for him to take, so another person from the car camein to grab the rest of the items and then got more drinks. Grabbed a few more items while looking to see if the manager couldsee. The helper from outside told the worker, "see you when you get home." The worker then pulls out his cell phone and doeswhatever on it for about 5 mins or so. I knew it was time for me to go. Read more
The order was prepared correctly and the service was decent, which are the only reasons why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Two... of our four burritos were cold (not room temperature. Cold.) and the burrito shells were so old that they were stiff and chewy.I will avoid this Taco Bell in the future. Read more

3 star because there is nobody to take your order. It was 100% kisok for dine-in which is highly inefficient. Many people are... confused and it takes forever to get your order in. Better off doing drive thru here. Read more
I give up. I frequently do not get what I ordered at the take out window of this Taco Bell. If you go here, check your bag... carefully for everything you paid for and at least some of what you asked for like napkins and sauce. Me, I'm tired offorgetting to check only to find half of the items I paid for are not in the bag when I get home. Silly me for still shoppingthere. Read more
Finally! A Taco Bell south of Manassas! They are open for carryout and drive through. The staff was friendly. The interior is... very modern looking. I will certainly be spreading the word and making this my pre and post work stop for sure! P.S.
