I was craving Nacho fries so bad I would?ve bought a dozen fries but they wouldn?t let my boyfriend order at all. They said the... dining room closed at 11:30pm and it was only 11:15 and when my boyfriend tried to order through the drive thru they justrejected him. He was only two cents short on the card to just place a mobile order or else they would?ve served him then likethey did last time. It?s outrages they closed the dining room before time wasted our time. Also every time I come in it?s amiracle to get someone to help at the register. Sometimes someone has a question or needs to pay cash or cup pf water but allthe other employees just stare and laugh or talk in the back. Don?t even call out for anyone. Horrible attention to detail. 15 times now I have ordered through uber eats and they refuse to put the sauce packets I ordered... in the bag. Also this last time. Dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever been in. Every table had garbage on it, floors dirty, garbage cans all overflowing, drink area a... disaster, flies buzzing everywhere. Nicely mentioned to the manager on duty at 3pm on August 9, 2022 that we were disappointedin the condition of her dining room. She agreed it was horribly dirty, and said if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else,and walked away. If management cares this little, the food can't be any safer to eat than the restaurant is clean. Avoid. Read more
Drive thru was quick and efficient. Mobile order was smooth and I receive everything ordered. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead... of 5 is for lack of utensils on items that need it. Cheesy potato side Can not be eaten without fork or spoon. Read more
This place never opens on time, every single morning I try and get breakfast and they always say the machines down, give us 20... more minutes, like where is the manager?
