Pizza may be good but delivery experience was horrible. Waited an hour before contacting the store to check on my food, was... told then it was just going in the oven they were behind. Ok, fine that happens. Had strict delivery instructions to call/texton delivery as I wouldn't hear a door knock. Decide to go check 30 minutes later after not hearing from a driver to find myfood sitting outside cold. Read more

Foods not even warm. Thanks for nothing. Maybe hold off on cooking people's orders if your delivery people will have an order in... the car for over 30 minutes. You charge more for less quality. I won't eat the soggy cold bread bites. Read more

My company decided to feed our employees at the last minute. I placed a $300 order shortly after opening and they were great... about it. Pleasant while taking the order. Gave me a 30 minute window and they were right on time. And there were zero mistakesin my order. Their staffer offered to load my car without hesitation. Ordered a pizza for delivery on 10/20/21 at 11:49am. It didn't show up until 1:10pm. Pizza was ice cold when it arrived.

Barely any cheese on one pizza and the other was burned. The guy making the pizzas when I entered was not even wearing a mask. ... We were scared to even eat the food and threw away an entire pizza leftover. Unfortunately right now isn't the time to beselfish just because a mask is annoying. Be extremely cautious of ordering from here if you are worried about COVID-19. Read more

If you want delivery, look somewhere else. We've ordered here 3 different times and Everytime there has been wrong orders... or mistakes on our food. Close to good, but falls short as a traditional pizza delivery place. Our last order was not onlyincorrect, it wasn't even cut . We called to let the staff they must have mixed our order. They offered to replace the pizza(very appreciative) but we'd have to wait another hour. That was 2 hours total for a hungry family. This review is both for excellent customer service and food. Last Saturday I placed an order through the Web Portal and either... through my own error, a disconnect in how their portal is designed, or human error on their end, the pizza I got wasn't right. Icalled them about it and the guy on the other end was saying things as though "Well that's what the receipt said..." I told himthat I wouldn't have called him if it wasn't right and he could keep my business or he couldn't; as though getting the wrongpizza was a mistake I just had to deal with. However, he took my order and about 45 minutes later, a new pizza was at my door,this time it was made correctly, but almost very intentionally cooked too long. However, I'd been waiting an hour and a half fordinner at that point, so I just sucked it up and ate it - thinking I hadn't been charged. However, I woke up the next morningand to my dismay, my card had been charged for the overdone pizza, the gentleman on the other end of the line also didn't usethe coupon I told him I used (after he asked for it!) I called and spoke to the manager on a Monday morning and he was nothingbut completely and totally understanding of the situation. He refunded not one, but both of my orders (including tips) withoutfuss or debate. Clearly, this store is managed well as he was intent on keeping my business. Save for this one experience, whichhas been more than properly rectified, Vocelli's has been nothing except wonderful. Highly recommended. Read more
