This is the worst McDonald?s , your food is never right NEVER EVER !! Nobody speaks English on the speaker or 2nd window or in... the entire McDonald?s. It?s sad they even make the workers that don?t speak or understand work with the customers. The 1st ladywas nice and older I felt bad she needed someone to translate me telling her I have a code. The 2nd lady was rude and got anattitude with me because she said something in Spanish and I told her I don?t understand and had to go get someone else. Read more
Store was mostly clean and service was reasonable. They should have someone to wipe down tables in their lobby more often.
Like many other mcdonalds, they forget things in your order. Ask for sauce, they forget or give you the wrong one. Make sure you... are clear to the workers, and check your order before leaving. Read more
It's conveniently located so that's a plus. The service has definitely gone downhill at this location over the past four/five... years but at least it's cleaner inside than I can ever recall. I am only giving one star because zero stars is not an option. My finance and I placed our order in the drive through and were... asked to wait in a designated spot. That was a little odd as there weren't any other cars behind or in front of us. We pulledinto our spot and waited next to another car. After a few minutes, a car pulled in to the spot on the opposite side of our car.The three of us sat there together for at least 15 minutes while car after car was making their way through the drive throughwith their orders. After 20 minutes, I finally went inside and asked what was going on. The manager on duty was standing at thefront talking with someone (not an employee, at least not one in uniform). When I approached her, she seemed confused that I wasupset after waiting and watching several other cars get their orders. I showed her my receipt and explained that there were twoother cars sitting in the designated spots that had been waiting with us. Finally, after about 30 minutes of waiting, we got ourorder and left. I was so upset that I didn't check it before leaving which was a big mistake on my part because even afterwaiting half an hour to get it, the delayed order was wrong. Missing two cheeseburgers, had an apple pie that we never ordered,and my finance and I especially enjoyed the cold, stale fries. Read more
After working all day I decided to splurge on the Large FF and they decided I was only worth having old stale and hard French... Fries. Old FF's that didn't sale and instead my money is only worth them to fry them again so we would think that they're hotand fresh and act like we aren't gonna notice ..... it's disgusting! What a slap in the face. What a disappointment that I NEVERget fresh delicious FF anymore from McDonald's. I basically expect them to be trash at this point because it so common fromthem. But who am I kidding they don't care! Half the staff pretending not to understand what I'm saying. And putting way toomuch Mayo and Ketchup on hamburgers so its soggy and cold. They simply don't care at all anymore 0% efforts given. Not everyonehas time to come back into your store to get what they should have already been given. They put the condiments oozing out on the side like this every single time we order! Is this what they do to every single person... and McDonalds doesn't care or is this got to do with what we look like?? What is it because either one is unacceptable! This isdisgusting and we shouldn't have even paid for this meal it was cold and we had to go back through the line for hot fries shouldhave figured the burgers were cold too! Read more
STAY AWAY!!! go to the one right down the street. They dont give you sauce, the window people dont speak english so never... understand what you are asking for, and the food is abysmal and stale. If you ask for fresh they will just take the old stalefood and toss it back in to the fryer. Read more
