Best pho around. They're open limited hours, take out only as they are trying to sell. Food is delicious. Get it while you can.

It's solid food. I say "solid". I mean that it's good. It's not sherbet. The noodles and spices are family governed, and the... atmosphere is OK enough to dine-in. Pricey, but try a lunch special, or wait until you have cash to burn. It's worth it. Waittime is usually within reason. One of the better installments on Main Street. Read more

Ordered from Bui about 2 weeks ago, just getting to my review now. We had the Chicken Pho, the Crunchy Chicken, and the Veggie... Rice Noodle Stir Fry. We were hoping to get the Fresh Rolls, but alas they were sold out. The service was excellent. We waitedfor our food, but we watched it being carefully prepared by the staff. I've had Vietnamese food in many places; this wasabsolutely one of the best in years. All three dishes were delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy with a great flavor; thevegetables and noodles were perfectly cooked; the Pho was clearly a homemade broth, and the ingredients were all highquality. Looking forward to ordering again and trying other menu items. Read more

The owner Steven was very nice to allow us to dine in even though he was short staffed . Great apps ( wings) . The curry could... use some extra curry. Fried rice was kind of bland but chili sauce made up for it . Amazing pickled Radish. Wish them luck toget back to full steam Read more

I enjoyed the family restaurant vibes, however I was a little confused by the food. For example, the Kim chi starter we received... was more similar to a papaya salad. Unfortunately, all of the broths are meat based, so the lemongrass curry I specificallyordered to warm me up as a stew like dish came out more as a tofu salad. Very interesting. The taste was fine although Iwould've preferred more lemongrass flavor. I was excited to have the Bui original chili paste I had seen in big containers inother local establishments, but there weren't any similar ones on the tables. When we asked for some, a significantly smallportion came out and we had to ask for a second helping. I just thought that something a restaurant is selling would be easierto come by in its own restaurant. The service was very good, but I would like to see either a veggie broth option or a morecurry like curry dish. Read more

I came here with my aunt on a Saturday afternoon to try out their pho after hearing great things about it from friends. We were... able to get parking right out front in the nearby lot and had only a quick walk to the restaurant. The inside was cute and wewere seating very quickly by the waiter. He was very friendly and quick to offer any help if we needed it. I got the chicken phoand my aunt got the shrimp, however the egg noodles options looked great as well. The food was well made and full of flavor, also for the price it was a great deal! I'd highly recommend stopping in to give it a try. Read more

Whenever I go out to eat somewhere else in Manchester, I always find myself thinking ?why am I not eating at Bui?? Definitely my... favorite restaurant in the area, Bui has impeccable service to back an extremely tight menu. Favorites of mine are the spicyduck, the traditional pancake, and the pineapple rice, but I have yet to try something I didn?t love. Read more
