Rude waitress comes up to the host table as we are still walking inside, speaks before the actual hostess can say anything and... the she very aggressively says "we're full, it's going to be at least a 20 minute wait". So we ask the hostess if we can wait 20minutes she says "Yes, I'll set a timer on my phone". How is that you wait 20 exact minutes and all of a sudden a table opensup. We eventually get seated and the waitress asks as we're sitting down "what do you want". We obviously had to ask for moretime. Eventually she comes back and we place our orders but after each item she would respond "is that all?". Then the foodcomes out apps and entrées all at once. The flavor was bland, steak that was ordered medium rare was well done borderlineburnt. Not worth the time or money. Never again. Read more
Poor service, alcoholic drinks were not entered-we assume- because they never came out, when we ask to just give us soda that... never showed up, certain food items we requested never came out, husband's meal was screwed up, waitress played the blame gameon everyone but herself. She's the waitress were her guests, there was no follow through if she knew things were missing sheexpected others to just bring them out. Manager was unprofessional, no apologies for our bad experience ,slightly hushed mewhen i made a comment and then said they would take stuff off our order and didn't really follow through either. One of my favorite places for a fast meal. I prefer this over any fast food restaurant. Meals are inexpensive and they taste... amazing i rather spend the few more extra bucks and get a meal here than any fast food spot. Read more
I wanted to like it here as I?ve had many good times, but haven?t been in past 8 years or so. We were sat quickly but didn?t see... a waitress for over 15 minutes. We were about to leave when she finally showed up, maybe they are short staffed like everywhereis. Menu is kind of limited from what I remember. Ordered our drinks and food and I will say the drinks and salad came quickly.The $6 margarita deal was good. Food took a while and portions were small, can?t say it tasted very good. The restaurant lookedpretty dirty and run down. Broken tiles and ripped booths throughout. I can?t say we?ll be back anytime soon. For what theprices are I just can?t say it?s worth it. Read more
This was really disappointing, our in restaurant dining experience was not up to the par with the Chili's I know from my youth.... We got sizzling fajita platters, in which only 1 came sizzling. Food was bland and my tortillas were like a hot pocket(pipinghot on the outside and ice cold on the in). I use to like chili?s until this visit. There were a lot of problems including the men?s bathroom being absolutely... disgusting.There was toilet paper everywhere on the ground and there was water on everywhere on the floor. I was hoping my foodwould makeup for that. I got my burger and it was good for what it was. When I got back home, I felt sick and wanted to vomitand I don?t vomit easily. Don?t get me started on the terrible service. If I could give this restaurant a 0/5, I would in aheartbeat. I?m never coming back to Chili?s EVER again because they clearly don?t value cleanliness and putting out a goodquality product that doesn?t make you feel sick. Shut this place down ASAP! Read more
Ordered curbside service and it was late. After waiting 10 minutes I called and was told ?yeah it?s not ready yet.? I was... mid-sentence asking how much longer it would be and he hung up on me. Very rude. Food was decent, but customer service isdefinitely lacking. Read more
