ordered a Hawain pizza through the app. accidentally picked red sauce and called within minutes to change to a white sauce. the... employee who answered the phone acted rude and seemed like it was an inconvenience, we apologized multiple times. when the pizzaarrived it was messed up completely in the box and the other pizza with the order was perfectly fine. he blamed the driver....When I confronted the driver he told me he did not slam on his breaks or anything with a 5 min drive up the road. was told tocall back for a partial refund the next day but.... now UPDATING to finding out that the person who was on shift lied, andshould have processed the payment during the time of the issue and regional support became involved to get our partial refundthe next day due to not being able to process the refund the next day in store. It shouldn't of happened in the first place.seemed like they just wiped the pizza clean for a new sauce and left it a mess and didn't want to deal with the issue. superunprofessional. Read more
Avoid this location. Always a problem when ordering from here. Most recently, was told after waiting 45 minutes from ordering... that my order was cancelled when I arrived to pick it up. I was given a $6 credit after going through hoops with customerservice, which can only be used when calling in to order. Trying to use this over the phone, and the clerk is arguing with mesaying that it?s not a valid coupon and I?ll need to get transferred to customer service. "KEN" a driver from Domino's. He approached me and ask me to move from the spot I was park in. I said I was waiting on a order.... And wasn't going to move. "He said I'm calling to manager. I said okay, go head. He came back out. By HIMSELF (I guess themanager was too busy taking care of orders and doing his job! Like he is supposed to do!). "Ken" was Looking really mad ????LOL. And he started taking pictures of my car. That when EVERYTHING when wrong. I got out of my car. Took a picture of "KEN"when inside. And told the manager. The manager responded was. He is taking a picture to send it to the owner (What the owner isgoing to do?!?!. Come from home on his day off, to ask me to move my car lol ???? ????) He didn't have no right to take apicture of my car. Someone need to put "Ken" on check. The worst part is. When home without my order ????????. He's only adelivery driver. Bad experience! Every time we order from this dominos the food is always correct, hot and delicious. It?s a bonus the staff is always kind and... polite. We drive 20 minutes from home to this dominos location because we don?t have one in our town. Even by the time we gethome the pizza is still warm and delish. Thank you all!! See you soon!! Read more
Worst experience ever with dominos. I ordered 4 pizzas. The app mentioned it will be ready by 8.34pm, I arrived 8.41 pm at get... store, pizzas were ready but 3 of them completely cold and not eatable. The forth one was a little warm. I spoke with themanager and he said they were waiting since 8.17pm. I showed him the app info but he didn?t even do anything or evenapologized. He said that shelf has a heater but he lied because the pizza is completely cold and box as well. I told him I?llgive them bad review and he said do it. I really like Domino's pizza and order at least 2 times a month from different locations based on where I am in the state. This... location is by far the worst Domino's I have ever bought from. I ordered a simple cheese pizza with garlic and olives (acrossthe entire pizza) and this is what I got. The cheese wasn't fully melted in some spots, the whopping 12 olives on my pizza wereon 3 slices, they dumped about a pound of garlic on the pizza, and the crust (which is usually my favorite part) was tough andtasted very off from what the normal seasoning tastes like. I threw away the crusts and ended up tossing the leftovers. I fileda complaint online and was sent a free pizza voucher to be used within 7 days AT THAT LOCATION. Yeah, right. Like I want to everorder a pizza from this location again. Judging from the other reviews, they have a serious problem making a decent pizza. Read more
