Normally when I go to this place the line be out to the street. But they are quick and they are so polite. I went there this... morning got two coffees one of the lid was not on tight I went to pick it up and it spilled all over the place went back toDunkin Donuts to tell them what happened and they gave me a new coffee and apologize over and over again I live in East Hartfordand I will travel all the way to Manchester and use this Dunkin Donuts mind you there is one in East Hartford right on BurnsideAve right next to my house and I will pass that one because the service is unprofessional and the line be so long and they areso slow so kudos to the one on Center Street in Manchester keep doing a great job.... Kid at the window has a terrible attotude for working with people all day, shoved my coffee out the window after making it wrong... and remaking it spilling coffee all over me inside my car, then throws napkins at me and says heres napkins. If the people could follow your order directions. It would be great. But they just cant. What is so hard about toasting a bagel... dark instead of having a barely warmed up bagel. Or asking for no cream cheese and getting a mountain of it on a cold bagel.Whats hard about that? Read more
