i was an employee here and i left because they?re dirty. there?s mouse traps everywhere. and the mice nibble through product in... the back room. employees don?t wash their hands or change their gloves!! and the manager is like a regular employee. she takesNO action. and the food is never temped right so i definitely wouldn?t eat from here???????? Usually Good experience, actually all are good except for today.. today.. Katrina the DD Employee was super RUDE, didn't want to... fix the issue at hand. Ordered something.. Got something else.. This location can go either way with good service or bad service. Sunday is when the service seems to stink the worst. One... Sunday at 4 o?clock I ordered a bagel at the drive-through and was told there were no bagels but when I got to the window topick up my drink someone was carrying around an entire garbage bag filled with bagels. Since they did not close for several morehours it seemed a little early to be throwing all the food away. This Sunday I went to the drive-through and they had very fewof their cold drinks available and when I went to the window to pay for what I did order the cashier was rude as she snapped mycard out of my hand and then shoved it back into my hand when she was done ringing up the order. Next she then handed me mybeverage and turned away immediately and strode off and didn?t even acknowledge my thank you or say thank you herself. Always friendly, good at listening to orders and gets them right the first time. Never have a problem here. Quick service too.
My husband ordered Dunkin through the app to be delivered by door dash from this location. Everything was fine except one major... thing. The 1 hot coffee that we ordered was not secured properly and spilled ALL OVER. I am enclosing pictures of everything. Icould blame the delivery service but, Dunkin is usually very good at securing the cups. Half my coffee was gone before I couldeven drink it!! Not cool. You guys need to make sure every person who packs the orders knows how to secure the lids so there isno spillage. It was a mess and got all over everything else. We have been stuck at the house and have to order or else I?d bedriving there to pick it up normally. This was the worst experience we have had. Read more

They open at 5:00 am, but not really. They open when the lazy a$$ employees show up. 5:20am no one took my order. Came back by... at 5:30, still no one. Someone is working, they just won't take my order. Looks like I'm headed to McDonald's, I'll pay lessand actually get a coffee. Read more
