I need to give credit to this Dunkin. I'm a Massachusetts girl, so I stop at a Dunkin no matter what town I'm in and regardless... that they're usually not very good. This particular location is clean and well-staffed with kind people. You can tell theyactually treat their staff well because they don't look miserable being there. When they were out of something I wanted, two ofthem started making recommendations for alternatives, super patient and even offered to make something else if I didn't like thefirst alternative (I did). They also always follow instructions like "light ice", etc. - most stores don't. Overall, great jobguys. Keep up the good work and the good drinks! Read more

I placed my order through DD app. But when I arrived, they said they didn't have Cheddar bagel twists, so they asked what can we... give you instead. I said, maybeplain bagel with Cream cheese, as it is a one of the cheaper item to get. They said we cannot dothat because cream cheese is too expensive. I ended up giving them $1.50 for the cream cheese. They said, that's what you WANTso that's what you will pay. I said I wanted the twist, but you didn't have it so I'm taking whatever cheap item you haveinstead. Still I ended up paying for adding cream cheese to my plain bagel. They took my app order. So they should have notasked for extra money. Especially for putting a spoon of cream cheese on my bagel. I hope the spoon of cream cheese was worthmore than this review for the owner. I visit DD at least 3 times a week. Not this location anymore. Read more

Iced signature lattes made wrong . Which okay it happens. I am not a rude person. I always am polite when it happens. It... happens a lot here especially but, I just go back and get it fixed. We got a caramel iced latte and a pumpkin iced latte. There was visibly no pumpkin swirl in mine and no caramel in his. I kept trying to drink it to see if I was crazy. It justtasted like milk with expresso no flavor. We went back and the woman rudely asked for our drinks back. We weren't going todrink them anyways but, like she thought we were lying. Okay we will let that go. Instead of making them over again like isusually done. She just added a few pumps and handed them off. Very unprofessional service. Read more

Awful service. I ordered in the drive through line and the girl repeated my order back to me. I got to the window and asked for... my sandwich. I was told I didn't order it and they made a mockery of it and the drive through girl Nicole goes "Meeka, did youhear anything about a sandwich?".. we'll, I even said the girl repeated it back to me. They said "oh well". No attempt toreconcile the situation.. just stared at me until I left. They lost me as a customer. Read more

I've been coming to this dunkin for over 3 years now. The individuals at the window are NEVER friendly they hand you your food... and close the window. Regardless of anything you are working with the public therefore good customer service is expected. Pleasedo better. Today I went to get breakfast before heading into work and found myself biting into a cold wake up wrap. I went tograb for the second one in hopes to have a different experience just to have the same problem. I finally get to work lookingforward to warming up my breakfast to then eat just to then find a long blonde hair in it. My hair isn't blonde nor is it long(I have a pixie cut). Today was the final straw and moving forward I will be going else where for my breakfast. Note tomanagement: Hire better people who actually care to do the jobs they're getting paid to do. Read more

The drive thru is good, but going inside is always frustrating. You can?t see the donuts - there?s only display ones in the case... - so it?s hard to pick your donuts. The last 3 visits they haven?t had frosted donuts at 8am. Read more

An Employee named Sam doubled up our order, and then instead of refunding the order, she took our card again and double charged... it. Then she gave me and my girlfriend attitude when we asked her why she was acting like this. We walked out with no food, andtwo charges of $26.99 on our credit card.... I've contacted customer service, and my credit card company. Not only am I pursingthis fraudulent transaction, but I plan to hold Sam fully accountable for her actions. I had to go down the road to a differentDunkin donuts, which they got my order right, and were friendly. Looks like I'll be going there from now on.... Howdisappointing... Read more

I ordered an ?On-the-Go? hot coffee. When I walked in, it was not ready. I noticed a young lady working between the front... register and drive-thru who also had time to take orders from four other customers who came in after me. When I questioned herabout my coffee, she said that I ?was not in line?. I explained I had recently placed an ?on-the-go? order, thereby notnecessary to stand ?in line?; ?on-the-go? side of Dunkin?, means an order is most always done right away (if time permits); Shefinally made my coffee but not without an argument and comment that they (the workers) were ?slammed? (very busy) thanks todrive-thru. Understandable, but no need for the defensive comments. I still left a $2 tip for ?the crew? & the coffee tastedgood. Read more
