I am new to the area of Manchester and this location is so convenient on my way to work and the first few visits were so good I... ended up shouting them out on social media because not only were they quick, my coffee was great. However that was VERY shortlived so much that I feel compelled to write a review. I?m not sure if the staffing rotated or something but each of the lastthree times I?ve gone I had to return because my coffee was just NOT done the way I asked. Then when you return to have it donethe right way because let?s face it, IM PAYING FOR IT ???? they have nasty attitudes and act like they don?t understand therules on refunds. No one wants them to experiment with remaking the drink three times but they will. The workers are SOdisrespectful with funky attitudes and only care about beating that clock. I just left there and I made my order and pulled upnot even in one second, I go to reach for my phone to scan my rewards and the worker at the window rudely repeated my total andI stated I was opening my app to which he goes, ?yea well that should be done before you pull up.? Like there?s some drive thrurule book CUSTOMERS need to follow. Anyhow my coffee was watered down, hash browns cold and old which is odd for 7am and mysnacking bacon was thin pieces of paper with no maple sugar on them. I refuse to return there and am willing to take theinconvenience of driving further away than dealing with that nonsense as a paying customer !!!! Read more

The employees are delightful, however they do not have enough staff on to help things run smoothly.

(Zero stars not available) Disrepectful and lazy employees. Indoors, the convenience store looks clean until you get close to... the Dunkin' counter. (If they cannot even keep the small area on and around the counter clean, I can only imaging the healthviolations in the back you cannot see.) Employees ignored me and withheld mobile order behind the counter, because they are toocheap to cut a cardboard box in half and tape a sign that says mobile orders here. When I suggested putting something that saysmobile orders instead of withholding it behind the counter, I was promptly told that I could go somewhere else if I didn't likeit. Even a simple placating, "I'll talk to the manager/owner" would have sufficed, but apparently these employees see thecustomers as a problem, so I suggest taking this employee's advice and GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE! Went through drive thru 6/27 around 9am and the young lady at the drive thru was very disrespectful. She shouldn?t be working... drive thru if she doesn?t know how to talk to customers. Also If a customer goes to complain to a manager it?s not a good ideato go on and on running your mouth in the background. Very unprofessional! Going through the drive through and at the window there was a girl making food and she saw that there was an order and says to... herself ?ugh stop coming to Dunkin? like some fata$$es!!? And the girl handing us our food looked like she didn?t care for thejob. Hearing someone yelling and cussing in the background. My food was cold. My boyfriend food was dripping in grease andflavorless. Like you need customers to come in so you can get paid? I?m sorry the customer service was terrible? Read more

Wish I could give 0 Stars. Let me first say that I used to live nearby and stop at this Dunkin multiple times a week and their... customer service used to be top notch. I was in the area yesterday and stopped by for a coffee. Waited at the register for 5minutes and no one walked by. Other customers started to come in behind me so I peeked around the corner to see two workerslooking at their phones and listening to music. After finally grabbing their attention and explaining they had a couple ofwalk-in customers waiting one of them proceeded to say "what do you want?" like I had just completely inconvenienced her. NOapologies, not even a friendly attitude. Just sickening to be honest. This was 12/11/18 at approximately 3PM. Wont go back. Read more
