This review is long overdue. I'm the Marketing Coordinator for Hartford Truck. For each anniversary, the employee get's to... choose a restaurant and we order lunch for the entire company (about 40 people). Susan and the staff are nothing short ofamazing. They go above and beyond and the customer service is unbeatable. Susan opens the restaurant late to ensure our ordergets their undivided attention, everything is hot and fresh, she always includes all of the toppings and condiments in an easycarrying case, and we never have incorrect orders (which is rare when placing such large orders). We can't recommend thislocation highly enough. Our employees continue to pick Five Guys for their anniversary lunches because of the quality andreliability. Susan is fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. If the District Manager or Owner happens to see this- you havea great staff that works incredibly hard and in our opinion deserves a bonus. Five Guys in Manchester is one of my favorite burger restaurants. They graciously honor putting extra grilled onions in my... cheeseburgers. Today, I spoke with Michael, who followed through on my request. He was very polite over the phone. One oftheir, "regular fries" feeds four persons in my home. Lolzzzz. ???? I love how they season the fries. I placed my order viaDoorDash and my meal was neatly packed. Less than 1 hour later, it still arrived warm. One "cheeseburger", two "smallcheeseburgers", one order of regular fries and two shakes were $67. It's expensive yet so worth every penny. Keep in mind thatDoorDash typically charges about $1 -$2 more per meal items. I also am subjected to its service fees., etc. I'd rather buyburgers here than the typical fast food chain were nothing's fresh like at Five Guys. My family loves their huge, tasty freshmeat patties. One can choose unlimited toppings for the burgers. ???? I appreciate that this location doesn't seem to run outof yummy milkshakes. A Five Guys restaurant in Hadley, Massachusetts, didn't have any shakes all summer. I bet they actuallystill don't have any. How could a burger restaurant constantly be out of milkshakes? I ordered through uber eats and according to my delivery person they forgot my shake. I was really looking forward to it since I... haven?t had a shake in like an entire year or so! It?s been a while since I?ve been to five guys and this one just seem to be different than the ones that I?ve had previously in... New York and Florida the taste just wasn?t the same I?m not sure why or what but it wasn?t delicious the same way it used to be. This afternoon the bathroom also was in dire need of cleaning. The prices have gone up Which I do not mind but at least theburger should not have gone down in the quality. Read more
Placed an online order. There?s no option to add a note onto a food item. Once I sent the order I called the store to notify... them of a food allergy to one of the burgers. I believe I spoke with the manager. She immediately reassured me how serious theytake allergies and it would be no issue. Hands down they went above and beyond to make sure my food was cooked separate andbagged separate from the rest of my order. It?s such a small thing but made my day! Read more
Always a positive experience. Clean, friendly, fast and most of all good food.
Plus point is free peanuts which was delicious! Food does not value for money since the portion are small. Salted caramel... milkshake was tasty than chocolate milkshake along with bacon hot dog. Read more
