I would not recommend this place. The employees are constantly surly and the food is sub par. I had to literally call the... restaurant from the hostess stand to get someone to come out and seat me and when they did they acted like they were beinghighly inconvenienced. Avoid this location. I must say the spinach and mushroom omelet was outstanding up until the eyelash that was stuck in the cheese at the bottom of... plate. Lovely waitress brought the napkin with lash back to kitchen. However, nothing was done, no manager, no nothing. Notlooking to hand out, however it would have been nice if the management on duty Angel/Tina or so I was told, took the time to seewhat the issue was so that they could correct the cooking staff. I will not blame the waitress for plating issues, that's thekitchen. Going to be hard press to get me to spend any more of my hard earned COVID dollars at this place. Read more
This is our third time going and the last two times we went we like it better, this time it went ok not the best but no regrets.... They took long to take our order and the food took kind of long to come out and got not even once a refill for my coffee we hadto ask for spoon and fork because they didn?t give us. The only and the only reason we went to IHOP was because it was thanksgiving and Panera was closed. Well how can you go wrong... with simple things. Firstly took us forever to be seated and then the waitress took forever to take our order when she finallydid my order was messed up. The coffee mug had a lipstick stain on it which was absolutely gross and she nicely took away andleft it on the table next to ours and got me another cup. Well food was just ok.. The eggs were bland and they had poured liquidbutter on the toasted bread????. Well want to give them another chance maybe it was thanksgiving and they were short of staffa.d it was probably this particular IHOP.. but really lipstick stain on the mug how does one not notice that???? 10/28/21?? I came in here last night to pick up my order after having a bad experience with their delivery service provider... after placing an online order with delivery option. Long story short the food never arrived so I placed a new phone order andwent in to pick it. Everything went well?. ?SO I THOUGHT? the following morning I heated the limited Reese candy pancakes up forbreakfast on the second bite I felt something in my mouth and spit it out. Went in this location for the first time. We were seated in a few minutes. Our server was very cordial and got our drinks... immediately. We had ordered the omelet with the side of pancake and the Mexican chicken bowl with French fries. It took 50 minfor the food to arrive. Our server was very nice about it and gave our drinks for free. The food was really good, we likedit. Nice food and good service! Read more
first off. ordered off Doordash and the both short stacks of pancakes were absolutely raw. Batter was dripping out how did they... think it was done. They didn?t even bring the toast and only gave us 8$ back when it was over 20$ lost because they don?t havegood service. I wish they would have a 0 star rating this place is fully trash Read more
