The best steak and for a decent price too. Better than Texas Roadhouse by a long shot. The steak is almost always cooked exactly... as you order and all food comes out so fast. Be prepared to wait a little as it is super popular, my favorite time to go isduring weekdays. The spicy chicken bites is the best appetizer you could ever get from a restaurant! Even though I have limited tastes due to COVID, the Strawberry shortcake was great; tasted every berry.
My waitress Lina was amazing! She was very attentive to my party of 5 and she made great suggestions and even made me feel... comfortable when I needed to ask for a different beverage. Would love to tell you how my meal was but I never ordered. The person in charge of seating people informed the host to take me... to table #whatever. He then proceeded to take me to a table. No problem. I waited about ten minutes before a waitress came overand said she would be right with me. No problem. Five minutes later the person in charge of seating comes to the table and saysto me, "I need to move you. I have no servers in this area. Whoever sat you put you put you in the wrong place. ???? Then whydid the waitress come over and say she would be right with me???? How can the person who sat me not know where Table #whateveris? Isn't his ONLY JOB to know where the tables are located? Why did it take you fifteen minutes to realize this was a problem?Was it because I was a single individual and you wanted the booth for a larger party? When I pulled into the area, it wasbetween Longhorn, where I have eaten numerous times at other locations OR BJ's Brewhouse, where I have never been. I decided togo with the familiar. HOWEVER, after my interaction with this young man and the feeling that my business was really notappreciated, I informed him, "No problem, I will just go to BJ's." Which, I did. First time going the after years had passed. No bad experience, just didnt think about going there. Food was delicious. I had... lamp chops with garlic mashed potatoes with spinach and steamed broccoli. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly. Ansdwered all of our questions. Drinks were good too. They had a long pour that was about $13 dollars. You were able to getabout 3 drinks out of it. Overall , experience was good and will go again. I finally got in on my 3 try. My husband and I went to this restaurant twice and the wait was over an hour. So, we decided to go... back on good Friday. The restaurant wasn't that full, Customer service was great our waitress Selena was very friendly andhelpful. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp with Asperious and Mash potatoes, my husband had NY strip with potatoes. We both enjoyedeverything and will definitely go back. Read more
I've enjoyed this restaurant many times for a few years now. I've eaten here in Connecticut and had a great experience. I've... dined in Florida at this same restaurant and still received the exact same experience as I have in Connecticut. A great steakdinner along with wonderful service each time in each state. The longhorns associates take pride in their jobs and all my mealshave been consistent everytime. I always have the outlaw steak medium rare and it comes out perfect. Great job guys/gals. Thisis the fifth time we've been here to dine (longhorns restaurants)and again Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! service and anotherperfect Stake dinner. The service was fine and I would go here all the time, but recently the food was salty. They put a lemon butter on the broccoli... but it was the saltiness that turned me off. You could feel the salt particles on the plate. The sauce ran all over my rice. Istill was able to eat my salmon thank goodness, which was great! Even my daughters kids meal had too much salt. It's going to bea while before I go back there. A friend of mine recently attended there before me and said the same thing. I was like no way. Iguess I should've believed her.
