went here today and ordered a small chicken noodle soup for 5.64 and the container was only halfway full of mostly broth. ice... machine was not working and nobody was fixing it even after being asked by multiple customers. got completely ripped off. wasteof time and money, very disappointed. Before I start my review I just want to say my first two times were great which made me a regular but I cannot give the Noodle... Company in Manchester a great review because the one thing that I dislike is the fact that they request a tip during purchaseand just about every time after my first two times there I would give a tip only to have my order wrong. If you request to havemushrooms removed you end up having mushrooms when you start eating the food if you request anything for the most part to beremoved after being told no problem you leave your tip you always end up with something you didn't want and for that reason Iwill not be returning ,also they make you feel uncomfortable when you don't leave a tip which makes you feel like what's goingto happen to my food now Read more
If I could put less than one star I would since I never even got my food. Tried ordering online but was given an error twice.... Then I tried calling and was greeted by a robot. I was able to make it to the very end of my order when it asked what size mealI wanted and would not accept any answer repeatedly. Then used the option for a representative and was told less then twominutes for a wait. A minute goes by then it says longer than two minutes. Came here for dinner in the Manchester outlet for the first time. The servers were nice and polite. Ordered the pad thai but it... came without the cabbage and cilantro but still tasted good but a little sweet for me. The pot stickers came out to be reallynice with good amount of stuffing. This is my third time there and I must say, my experience the last two times were better than the first time. I was just there... on Friday and I'm back today. I even convinced my husband to try it. He fell in love with the tomato soup and ate it so fast,that I didn't get a chance to take a picture. I got the zucchini mac and cheese and loved that the noodles were still crunchy,however I didn't like the bowl full of liquid. Tonight I decided to go with the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and it's amazing!! Idon't like spice, but it has a nice kick to it. I've signed up for points and I'll be back. Read more
