Food was what was the be expected. Ordered burger with a little pink and it was VERY pink. Also the waiter left a little bit to... be desired, he seemed like he was running too many tables so you would feel kind of forgotten. Not an amazing experience, butwould give them another go at some point. Read more

This location has really gone downhill. It used to be great to come here. The last 2 times we've ordered take out we've had... nothing but problems. Last time I was given the wrong order and when brought to the hostesses attention she assured me it wasmine (it wasn't). She had given my order to someone else and tried to pass off the mistake by telling me my order was correctand getting me out of the restaurant. The matter was fixed after asking for the manager and waiting 45 mins after the quotedtime tonight. After tonight though, we will never return again. We waited 20 mins past the quoted time (which ok you'reunderstaffed, we can understand) but then get home to eat and find that one of our wraps had undercooked chicken in it.Unacceptable! How is it possible you make a customer wait extra time and give them raw meat?! We tossed the meals so we wouldn'tget sick and won't ever come back. Wasted time and money. Read more

Just ok. The burgers were ok. The chicken sandwich not so much. The chicken was dry. The fries weren?t crispy and a bit cold.... The broccoli was hardly cooked at all. The servers were friendly though. Read more

I almost gave 5 stars, but for 3 kid meals, 2 adult meals (with no booze or add ons), and mozzarella sticks for an appetizer it... was an $80 meal. The service was good. The food was good. The price was just too much for us to repeat again any time soon whenour kids are under 6 and won?t come close to finishing their plates. Read more

Hadn't been to Red Robin in a while. I had the battered cod with Red Robin's in-house made potato chips. The unlimited fries... and/or chips, friendly service, and cocktails are always a plus. Read more

Thought we'd give those one a try on the way to bowling in Vernon. Chose to sit at the bar. Good menu options available. I... had the gauc burger and hubby had the clucks and fries. Both were a nice size portion, tasty and warm. Very enjoyableexperience. Bar/server was attentive. Pre-tip it cost $46.26. Which also included 2 Bud light and a large draft Sam Adams Read more

This is one of those reviews that's difficult to write. Do I give a rating based on the food? Or the service? Or both? The food... was 5 stars; the service was 1 star. Hence the 3 star rating. First, about the food. It was hot and fresh, and was prettystandard fare for RR. But, the service was mediocre at best, bad at worst. Our server did the bare minimum. For example, shedidn't say anything more than she had to to help us. When she asked if we were ready to order, my friend asked to start withsome fries. She acknowledged it and then quickly turned to walk away. I had to yell to her that I wanted to order a cocktail.This. Is. Her. Job. What happened to asking, "Anything else?" or "Is that all for now?" She was like this through our wholemeal, treating us like we were a chore. Honestly, she's lucky my friend picked up the check because if it had been me, she wouldhave received a minimal tip for her minimal (and terrible) service. Read more

The salad ???? I had was great ... but that wasn't the best part. My waitress Aisha was simply amazing. It's been a while... since I came across good hospitality. Covid hit and people simply forget how to treat others.. Not Aisha..... she was Phenomenaland sweet ???? Red Robin made a good investment when they hired her and made her part of the team. I would visit the one inManchester, CT any day they keep hiring young ladies like Aisha. Read more
