I was very unsatisfied with the customer service. To start it off they messed up the drinks which wasn?t a big deal I pushed... that to the side. However when I looked in my bag and couldn?t find the fries I had ordered and paid for they were not there. Iasked if the fries were taking longer or if they had simply forgot them and they rudely gave me a snarky look and said that theywere getting the fries now and I should calm down. I work in customer service and I know we simply forget things sometimes and Iwas not being rude by any means. I then pulled away from the drive thru when I got the fries and didn?t have any straws so Ipulled into the parking lot and walked in. I kindly smiled and asked the girl at the register if I could have three straws andsee behind her that the women working the window rolls her eyes and told her that I was the one being disrespectful and rude andmade a snarky comment and walked away. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service and will not be going back I wouldprefer somewhere that respects me as I do them. Read more
Honestly they were nice but kept messing up our order. It was only two crispy plain sandwiches, first time they loaded it with... everything, apologized ( really nice to me and seemed like a great guy ) remade it, we drove home after we checked everything.They looked like a regular sandwiches. They were all spicy. Even the first mess ups. I understand working at restraunts andbeing stressed and exhausted and in rushes but there's definitely a lot that needs improved here. Read more
The hash browns were rancid, the coffee was luke warm and the customer service was none-existent. What was supposed to be a... quick stop on my road trip turned out to be an eternal nightmare. I was the only patron in the restaurant yet, it took the guyat the register 15 minutes to punch in my order - #2 with a large coffee. To top it off, the guy's shirt was as filthy as thefloors in the kitchen area. Needless to say, I threw out the non-edible meal but not before I returned the tots. The managerseemed to have knowledge of the stale food but admitted nothing. If no apology was offered do you think I got a refund? Thoseare $10 I will never get back. Read more
Seems like every time we go here they mess up our order and more times than not its they forget to give us something we ordered
I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised! I had 3 separate orders ( with adding this/minus that) and everything came out as it... should! It also came out pretty quick and hot. Also, very friendly staff. Read more
Waited in the drive thru line for a few minutes, but food was fresh. Always worth it.
Nice, clean restrooms. The inside eating area was also very nice and clean. The employee that took my order was super friendly... with an authentic smile. The team seemed to mesh well being it was the lunch rush hour. The restaurant sits right near the riverand offers really good views for it's location in town. The parking is very accommodating and the vibes inside were verypleasant. I will definitely be returning to this one for many more lunches to come! Well done! Read more
