I wrote a review about their poor customer service once before with hopes of possible improvement, but after today I can see... that it remains the same. I stopped in for less than 5 minutes to buy my husband 2 donuts. As soon as I walked in the door Icould I hear 2 employee's talking about someone else; I'm not sure exactly what they were discussing but it was obvious theywere not kind words nor was it a conversation that should take place at work in front of customers. When I approached theregister I expected her to pause their conversation or at least ring up my items as she continued talking like I've seen otheremployee's from this establishment do; Instead she finished her conversation then rung me up. She greeted me with a singleword; "Rewards?" to which I typed in my rewards, using a less than flattering facial expression she continued with mytransaction not saying another word; as I gave her the money I said "Thanks! Have a good rest of your day!" To which she did notrespond with even so much as a smile, she just walked away with body language suggesting she should not be working in customerservice. I highly suggest avoiding this establishment and recommend purchasing your necessities at the Casey's on Commercial oranywhere else. Read more
When I go to a store I expect the employees to know how to do their FULL job. I shouldn't have to wait in-line while the person... at register has to yell for someone else who's 'busy' talking to a customer about their medical condition instead of doing theirjob. The worst part is when after all this I get sent away empty handed without my merchandise because their either in capableor to lazy to do the job they get paid not to do. Read more
Everything was good, except there was no bacon on my Turkey club wrap.
I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago they said it would be 1 hour and 20 min. I called when they were 25 minutes past the delivery... time. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then they hung up on me. I called back they said they would be driving in my drivewayright away. I still don't have my pizza. Will not order again from them! Read more
Called tonight to have a pizza delivered it is february 6 at about 835 pm and was told delivery was closed I stated that online... says till 9 pm the person on the phone which sounded like a male said will I don't want to deliver that is unexpectable and veryuncool and am unsatisfied Read more
Half of my kids cheese pizza had cheese and sauce on it. I live down the street so its my go to gas station and pizza joint but... not anymore. Last time i waited an hour for pizza and they skipped my order. I waited an additional 45 mins to finally get mypizza. Im so done with them! This is the last time i will do business with them. For now on I'll go to commercial drive for mypizza cravings! Ive been a nice guy. Ive showed sincerity and respect for the employees this whole time but nothing in return.Im done! Just Fing done! No remorse and no compensation for there horrible customer service! Read more
This Casey's is usually pretty good, but make sure you order your pizza well done or it tends to be a little doughy.
We ordered a pizza. It was probably the best Casey's pizza I've had! I worked for Casey's for 3 yrs so THATS saying something! ... The people were super awesome... On the phone and in person. Only complaint I have is that they weren't doing delivery despiteit being a delivery time when I called. However, I realize the challenges with staffing issues. Read more
