The workers tend to be in moods from time to time and can effect the amount of food or quality/quantity of the food that you... get. Often the frys can be stale or barely warm and the burgers will have excessive amounts of condiments(ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise) The workers are usually nice and try to keep a clean environment. Now and then they can be slow when no one isaround and your at the drive thru. All in all, it's fast food so you get what you expect from that. Read more
Food was good. But after waiting 30 mins in line at the drive thru, I get home to find that I'm missing a burger and fries.
This is the best Hardee's I've ever been to. Sweet employees hot food, hand-breaded chicken sandwich was better than... chick-fil-a. Passed through on our way back to Des Moines and grieved knowng Central Iowa would never possess a Hardee's thisdelectable. Read more

This Hardee's was absolutely terrific. They got my order correct, and in perfect time perfect. I ordered two mushroom and swiss... burgers with extra mushrooms and boy did they load it up with the mushrooms. This has got to be my favorite Hardee's restaurantaround. Totally better than Waterloo Hardee's. You want good food, this is the spot. I even ordered a drink and they put theright amount of ice and so I got a nice ice cold Coca-Cola. Read more
Worse customer service I have experience. 1. Messed up my order 3 time in a row. (Missing items and incorrect items given to... me) 2. Staff was extremely impolite with me. Seemed to care more about just getting me on my way then solving the mistakes whichlead to a longer wait time. I drive 30 mins for their food cause i really like Hardee's. I understand that you can get busy butyour Standards for work performance For customer service should not be lowered just to get people out the door. Read more
