Terrible. I haven't visited this location, or any DD, for over a year due to less than desirable service and products. I decided... to try again and I was severely disappointed. I used the drive through and I was the only car in the line. It took some timefor my order to be received which was not an issue for me, but I noticed it due to being the only patron at 8 in the morning.When my latte arrived I was insulted by the person at the window. It took me awhile to process what she said; however, the rudewoman said, "So, you are the latte queen?" This was not said with a smile or in a playful way...Wow! I was kind and patient fromthe moment I placed my order and even after being insulted. I simply said, "thank you!" My order that caused her such anguish?A latte with whole milk...pretty standard. The Manchester Maine Dunkin location is in severe need of ATTENTION!! I waited almost 45 min for an in store order that was... ordered AND paid for, then ?forgotten?!! Two days prior I went in for a coffee and waited ten mins for the 5 workers that werestanding behind the counter to first of all acknowledge me then another five to get my order taken. Coffee is always good. Drive thru usually moves pretty fast, but if you go inside be prepared to wait for 20 minutes for a... coffee. The ladies here need to learn how to crack a damn smile. They don't even greet you or tell you to have a good day whenyou leave. Pretty much look like they hate their lives. Get a different job. Read more
