Salsa recipe changed and is much hotter. We were warned when ordering, but also seems like other good ingredients are either... missing or overshadowed. Won't order it again. (Why the change? People that like hot salsa can add the habanero sauce totheirs.) The great staff person gave us some guacamole to compensate for the hot salsa. We love everything else about Fuzzy's. Went to Fuzzy?s after a long time since they were closed during Covid. The place has really gone down. We are not going back. We... ordered our food and waited about a 25-30 min before we got our food. The tacos were cold, tortilla was old and falling apart,nachos cold too and brisket meat was so smelly. Didn?t have fajita chicken available either. They had forgotten to give mytempura shrimp taco. When I went back to tell the lady behind the window, she has a bad attitude. After spending close to $40total, I feel sick for having even gone there! Definitely not worth it! Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
After 2 years of Covid, Fuzzy?s hasn?t figured it out yet. Placed an online order, website said it would be ready in 20 minutes.... An hour later, and I?m still waiting. At least offer a free fountain drink or chips while I wait. Food is good, management justneeds to hire more people or refuse to take online orders during busy times. Read more
Tried to order online but it said they were experiencing long wait times. I went to the restaurant and ordered. They didn't... appear to be very busy inside so I didn't think it would take too long. They didn't give me any indication that it would be along wait when I ordered. Over an hour later, I finally got my food. There were other to-go boxes that sat in the window forover 40 minutes while I waited. They were still there when I left. When I got home, mine and my wife's food was cold and prettymuch inedible. Even though I like this place, it's close to where I live and it's semi-affordable, I will not be going back tothis location. Read more
Had never been here before. The gal taking our order was friendly and happily answered a couple of questions about the menu.... After we ordered and sat down we noticed the place was not very clean--windows, floors, drink station, even the cash register. It was late, we were just wanting some quick tacos so we waited. 2 other people had ordered at least 10 minutes after us andsat near us. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, one of them finally walked right up to the kitchen window, had adiscussion with the cook and came away with their food. We can't rate the food--we never got it. We went in to check and endedup just opting for a refund. It wasn't lack of staff, we saw more than 6 workers in there and the place was not very busy. Ordered online the enchilada platter. The 2 enchiladas are soaked in grease and look like it's a child size. My side of potatoes... was not in the bag. We ordered a frozen lime margarita that tasted like crushed ice and lime. I won't be returning to thislocation. Read more
Didn?t realize they closed at 8 pm on Wednesday until I walked in. I was like I will catch you next time since it was 7:58 pm.... Sidney, behind the counter, was like we got you no problem!!!! The staff was awesome and was out with my food by 8:02! Greatstaff and food was perfect!!! Read more
