So aggravated with this Jimmy John's, UGH!!! Go to place my order for the 3 sandwiches that I needed at 4:30 on a rainy Wensday.... Gave the kid my card and a few minutes later my families food was ready. Cool or so I thought!! I ordered 1 sandwich with noonions the other 2 sandwiches nothing special was needed. Long story short ,the ONLY sandwich that was correct was the Slim!!! Ididn't even get close to what I ordered it's like the kid and whoever he was talking to made whatever they wanted to make!! Noline in the drive thru the WHOLE time I was there, so it's not like we slammed. Oh it was a rainy Wensday not like it was abeautiful day here. I am highly disappointed in this Jimmy John's. I placed an order on their app and when I hadn't received my order after 40... minutes I called the store and was completely dismissed. The sandwich was made wrong. The final total wait time for a "FreakyFast" delivery was an hour and 20 minutes. Read more

I've tried to give this JJ's a chance (actually, tens upon tens of chances) because it's so close to my house -- but the orders... are consistently wrong and the quality just isn't there. I recently ordered an unwich that had mushy lettuce that looked like ithad iced up a bit in their fridge over night but they used it anyway. Gross. And don't tell me they didn't realize it when theywere making the sandwich -- they saw it and they used it anyway. We order jimmy johns A LOT This location is the worst we have ever been too we can refer from the app and even if we change the... settings, it seems to always default to this store much to our dismay. Our order is ALWAYS wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It?s rareI even review any business or even formally complain. I have formally complained to jimmy johns at this point. And theyresponded. The owner of that store responded and offered to credit my account which is nice and all but I still can?t believehow bad that store operates. We just got an order from them and AGAIN, like always, it?s wrong. Maybe we are just spoiled withthe excellent service and sandwiches from other locations but someone seriously needs to fix this one. Very disappointed in the speed of service. They advertise curb side right now but if you call for your order they tell you to go... through the drive thru. A lady had a huge order and I was waiting at the speaker for at least 5 minutes with no one speaking tome. I tried getting their attention and nothing. When I called to tell them they told me that there was a line and I'd have togo to the back and that they would answer the speaker this time. The manager is great. But online orders isn't working again. Second day in a row. Was just told today that they are not taking... no more orders because they are too busy. I order at least twice a week. Read more
