I have never received worse service at any Burger King. If it was possible to rate this as -5 stars, I would. The food is not... good quality either, and when combined with the inflated price and rude employees, I'd much rather eat airplane pretzels all daythan anything from this Burger King. Read more
They can get away with terrible customer service because they are the only faster food around, but it still might be faster to... order a burger from the brew house. Same price too. Under staffed, rude, and did not let anyone use the kiosks to order. Read more
6:40 am and all other food services are open and serving, but not a soul in sight at BK, lights are on but nobody home. I'm at... the MHT airport at least 3 times a month about the same time and BK never seems to be ready. When I'm here later in the dayservice is so slow they no longer get my business. Read more
I would give one star but bumping up to two stars because in an airport. Nothing really great about this place. Where is the... flame grill? Food subpar even by Burger King standards and service slower than it should be. The employees in front generallyseems polite and prompt, but you can see easily aee into back and it looks like no one ever has any sense of urgency or care. There is a guy who works in front sometimes with reddish hair and beard and he is very prompt, friendly, and polite but that isit. Is there even a manager? As a newer space, it looks much better than it is. Sad they can't due better. Read more
They were supposed to open at 5am, they didn't (15 mins later ), I know it's early, but I am not the one who put that schedule... neither the one who took the job. Just two employees, they were not enough (poor administration and HR), the cashier a whitelady mids 40-50 yo. Would not say "Good Morning" was rude and sarcastic (how come you don't have hot beverages a wintermorning). The same lady put my order together and forgot the harsh browns, I realized they were missing when I sit and went backand asked for them, she served (no very pleased though) when I started eating and she gave me a wrong sandwich, at that point, Iwas just too tired to complain... the only thing good I can say is that the food was good. This place doesn?t even deserve a one star rating. The management don?t know anything or how to run a restaraunt franchise,... schedule, or when to fire a violent employee and bad attitude employees. They are unsanitary, discusting, and abuse good anddisabled employees. HMSHost needs the boot from this airport and not let back in!!! The state needs to do thorough inspectionand the labor board needs to review this place before an attorney does. Stay away from everything in there except Dunkins orStarbucks because they are ran better! Read more
At 9am they were unprepared for breakfast. Even though no line, it took 10 minutes before there kitchen even started preparing... my order "we're waiting on eggs". Nearly another 10 before it was delivered. The Hash browns were cold and stale. The counterwoman was pleasant, but seemed very confused and disoriented. Read more
