Reasonable price, very Fresh ingredients their literally cooking in front of you. Great flavors lots of options. Very good... Mexican/American food. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in a decent line to get a bowl while I was on my work lunch break, watched a worker put... raw chicken on the grill then use the same utensil to bring cooked chicken over to the serving table then back to flip the rawsteak on the grill. Got a double chicken bowl with double rice, bowl was pretty full and looked good. The girl at the registeris very unpleasant and visually irritated to be there. Got back to work took a bite of my bowl and got a chicken bone. Took asecond bite and yet again another sharp chicken bone. Very unimpressed for the amount of money I spent to get this low qualityfood. Much better options elsewhere. If only chipotle wasn?t closed right down the street I would have went there instead. I ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was super crispy. I also got 2 beers and they were super warm. I asked to get a different... one and they said they were all the same temperature, warm. Super unacceptable. Specially for my first time. All this hype aboutthis place but it was TRASH. Maybe a different location does it better. Read more
First time going to California burrito located in Manchester New Hampshire. My daughter was raving about their burritos so I... decided to try one today. To place an order online I had to call their phone number and then they send you a text message tostart the order. As they get established they may want to get set up with Grubhub and DoorDash and also offer an online orderingsystem. I was told the order would be ready in 30 minutes and I waited to give a little extra time. In the end after I arrived Ihad to wait another 20 minutes for my order. The people that are working there are hustling and one young lady was running theregister and doing multiple tasks and was keeping the wheels on the bus. The food was definitely worth the wait. I had a makeyour own burrito and the chicken is good flavor and was well put together. My suggestion would be to the franchisee owner tolook at how many people you have at your locations to make sure that they're fully staffed. The reason is as fast as you can getpeople to come in the door you can lose them just as quick. Read more
My daughter was craving a big fat steak burrito with guacamole, so we did a map search and found C.B. We were not disappointed.... We ate in and looked at the art on the walls and watched the people. It was quite busy but the line moved fast. My kid wantedJalisco soda and they had a couple flavors in bottles. I got a bottle of Mexican coke, with real sugar, very sweet. I have long preferred California Burrito over the other national chain place, but CB is not convenient for me to get to. ... However, consistently poor service and food at the other place has inspired me to show my appreciation for California Burrito. These people care about the quality of the food they serve you. I like the option of yellow rice. I like how the heat up themeat in the grill for each order. I like how ingredients are placed so you get some of each I'm every bite and a mouthful ofeach like the other place. I especially like how they can neatly wrap all the ingredients in the tortilla without breaking itor having loads of juice leaking out everywhere. My one disappointment is that the line tends to move slowly but this is only aresult of them putting in the proper effort into every order. Service was really friendly but a little slow. Regardless, the food is bomb and I will definitely be going back.
