The place makes no more food about an hour before they close while employees have already cleaned for closing and then sit... around doing nothing but sitting on their phone and joking around. It?s absolutely ridiculous! If your online order is incorrectbecause of them, sure go ahead and report it. All the store does is give you a free entree with the next purchase of anothermeal. Have fun paying $11.50 for a chicken burrito with virtually no chicken in it. Also, the rice wont be cooked and an excessive... amount of sour creme, salsa and cheese will be loaded on to make you think you're actually getting your money's worth. I'm notsure if these kids making the food/prepping meals have ever made a burrito for themselves because they seem to not understandproper ratios. There's a girl who works here all the time who will barely acknowledge you and then rush through your orderdespite no other customers being in there... Super hungry came into make an order of nine meals. They told me they're only accepting online orders and don't want my... business. That's $100 you just threw in the trash. I am never coming back again and I'm dumping the app from my phone I don'tfeel like ordering online every time because all the options are not available. If you can't open all the way just close yourbusiness and tell your employees to go home because Sally called out sick today because we suck. Chipotle has been slipping over the last year. Now it's common for them to be out of something. When you are out of Chicken...... The wheels are coming off. Also the quality of the bowls are getting smaller and not as tasty. Better options are around and I'mnow avoiding going here. Read more
HORRIBLE. Picture is showing a veggie burrito bowl which I only received a small serving of rice and a plop of guacamole.... Absolutely horrible. No problem charging for the whole bowl though. Read more
My family and I used to love going to this location weekly because it was so great, but ever since the old manager left two... years ago, everything has gone downhill. I?m not trying to be rude, but the employees are so inconsistent with the portionsgiving barely a half portion size of somethings (rice, beans, etc.) but giving overwhelming amounts of others (sour cream,guacamole, etc.), it sounds simple but piling a mountain of sour cream on top of a bowl is not very appetizing. Not only thatbut the cleanliness is horrible the filth build up is really not a great site walking into somewhere, where your going to beeating? and the staff is not great either, believe me I get it, every business is struggling to find employees right now, butthese folks were not very polite or helpful towards my family or I. I order chipotle off DoorDash and they completed messed up all the ingredients in my burrito bowl. I ordered chicken, brown... rice, black beans, guac, and salsa. Instead I got totally different ingredients that look like slop. Sorry if the picture ruinsyour appetite. Read more
I LOVE chipotle and I've gone to this chipotle on more than one occasion. I've had a few issues with my order but I usually just... shrug it off and have better luck the next time. However, I couldn't let this one slide. I understand they may be short staffedand maybe some ingredients aren't as readily available as they normally would be but this is unacceptable. This was supposed tohave extra chicken, cheese, fajitas, lettuce, and green salsa but as you can see, it almost looks like someone ate half of it. Ithought that at first but when I looked closer, I could see that someone apparently thought this was "good enough" and packagedit up for me. Can't believe I paid almost $14 for this. Don't go here, go to the Chipotle down the street in Bedford. Hopefullythey see this and maybe re-train their employees so they better understand what a full bowl looks like. Read more
