Very good service! Staff members actually smiled at me! I don't know if it was because I held the door open for a service man... and a delivery driver? Anyways, I was able to redeem points from the app for a free ???? medium pizza. I was also able to accessa coupon for 20% off my second order. I ???? thought the pizza was okay ????. A little overcooked but not burnt. I think theycould add more sauce. My kids asked for more and my daughter searched the empty boxes, so, I guess the ???? pizzas were asuccess! Only other issues, they used to have 4 chairs inside to sit down at the table they have. Now they have two. If you likeDomino's, try this one. Read more
Okay. I?ve been in retail, food service, customer service and sales for the past 15 years. Never in all of my years have I met... someone so polite and bubbly as Jonathan. He was friendly and exuberant, the food order was correct and it arrived in theexpected time. Great job team! Read more

Buyers beware of "free pizza coupon" I ordered online through my account. It said I had "earned" a free pizza. When I went to... check out the medium free pizza was almost $$$ triple! I deleted the pizza and it had already removed my points for a freepizza! I continued with my order like I normally would and I asked about it when I got there. The employee said that is onlineand they could do nothing about it. Why bother with signing up for an account then? Why choose them? Half the time I choose thembecause my purchases go to a free pie? Come on, poor excuses and lack of customer service. I had this happen before and theycredited me a free pizza at the register. It seemed painless. Cancel the program, or train the employees better! I ordered a pasta dish here and, while it was good, the amount of food given was pretty small. I would have appreciated more... pasta, veggies and sauce. I ended up supplementing it with my own, however I might have just made this for myself. Service, onthe other hand, is excellent as usual. I do carside pickup and they have that down as good as their delivery. You specify themake, model, and color of your car in the app when you make your order, and as soon as you pull into their location, put yourhazards on. Pretty much every time I've done it, they've come out within 1 minute to "deliver" my order. You even specify whichdoor/location you want them to drop it off at - like your passenger door, or trunk. Very useful if you have a dog with you, oryou're concerned about COVID-19, or whatever other reason. A+++ on their carside service. Read more
Ordered over the phone, ask and CONFIRMED that we were getting a gluten free pizza. 30 minutes later, we get our pizza and it's... not gluten free. Called and they said oh we're out of gluten free pizza. Not exactly sure why they thought that subbing a glutenfree pizza for a regular pizza made even a drop of sense. Read more
Very busy Domino's location, there's always staff busy making pizzas and delivery people heading in/out. That doesn't mean they... skimp on the service or have any noticeable delays. They're well staffed and have an army in there pretty much at all times asfar as I can tell. Have ordered through the app at this location several times now since its the closest to my current place andhave never been disappointed. Had 2 free medium pizza coupons collected via points and was able to successfully redeem my firstone today without any issues! Read more
