Someone needs to teach the woman at the counter/head manager how to talk to customers instead of yelling at them for no reason.... I heard the same feedback from other people as well and today experienced it myself. Surely someone will teach her a good lessonsomeday. Needless for me to say anything else. The woman working behind the counter needs some lessons in basic customer service. I?ve been here about an hour waiting for my... husbands procedure to be done and she?s been rude, hurried and overall just awful to every single customer I?ve seen comethrough. About an hour ago someone broke some glass here and he told her about it, she didn?t care and did nothing. It took twomore customers telling another employee about all the broken glass all over the floor for someone to come out and clean it up. This woman is horrid. Read more
