There's a lady that is really good there with customers and making coffees then there's another lady but she works in the actual... part of the store that isn't the dunks part and she ruins it for the Dunkin Donuts because she comes out of her way to be rudeto me. My husband has noticed it as well she's an older lady and it's happened 3 separate times and I'm not sure if she hadsomething happen to her at home that she let get to her or something I haven't got a clue but very unprofessional. It'sunfortunate because the Dunkin Donuts is attached to the gas station and she makes the environment bad. I have been straightflabbergasted by how she has treated me literally coming up to my car ???? and saying things like we can't have you doing thishere when I was hugging my husband and gave him a kiss (tap kiss not a inappropriate kind) ???? and I'm not sure if it's becausewe're interracial or something but I've not seen her to this to anyone else. She's told me other things that she has no businesssaying as well but it's the gas station before I get to the highway ????? so there's little in the way of taking a differentroute to avoid this woman and if not for her the whole place would be a much better experience in general. I'm wondering ifanyone else that comes here has dealt with this woman. The Dunks workers for the most part are great ???? though too bad thatlady is the opposite of good and worse than what I can say here. Read more
Haven?t had a full meal and drink from DD in a long while, and I?m pleasantly impressed with their new products on their menu... and new drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed the sourdough fried bacon egg and white cheddar cheese sandwich and the new passion peachfruit refresher along with the new omelette egg cheese bites and hash browns was quite the tasty brunch! Good service when talk about take order but making coffees is terrible ? my fourth time asking for a coffee after work hoping... that I would get a good coffee ..came dirty coffee water literally horrible and worst of all they are not ashamed to deliver acoffee like that to customers Read more
This Dunkin? Donuts sucks!!! I ordered a sandwich and they sent it out the window to me to drive all the way home to open it up... to be completely burnt. Then I went back to get a new one and they laughed at me behind the window! Employees are completelychildish and obviously can?t handle customer service! Read more

Hands down worst dunkins I've been too it's right next to my work so I go there often and 8 out of 10 times my order is wrong,... like not even close I'll order a med hot latte and get a med ice black. I'm just about done with Dunkin altogether, but I've had nothing but disappointment here recently. Twice I had to get a refund.... First time was because they were out of large cups. Second time because they "didn't receive my mobile order" which I highlydoubt given the enormous stack of receipts the cashier was juggling. She didn't bother to look again.
