I did a mobile order pick-up in which consisted of two drinks and two sandwiches. After waiting in the queue for 20 minutes I... pulled the front and the girl says to me that they do not have my large drink nor any of my food I asked fine can I have arefund? She says of course but she still going to charge me for the medium iced drink after spending 25 by this point and 30minutes from when I made the mobile order from home. Her justification was that she was the only employee there and they havenot had a delivery in 2 days. Normally I would be okay with it, but the way she matter-of-factly told me that this is asituation too bad deal with it and delivering the worst customer service is absolutely unheard of. I recommend that no one evergoes to this Dunkin Donuts. Read more

I've been to this Dunkin's many times since I live near by, but I try to avoid it as much as possible. The drive-thru usually... takes awhile, service is 50/50 and same goes for the food quality. I usually don't find the time to write reviews but the last 2times I've gone there have been that bad. Earlier this week, I got a coffee through the drive thru and everything was fine forme. Unfortunately for the people behind me, the person running the Dunkin' inside shut down the drive thru because the 2employees couldn't keep up with that and the front counter. This morning I went again and sat with 4 other cars in the drivethru for 5 mins, the guy at the speaker kept saying hello and there was no response. Also, no one was at the window when wepulled up to see what was going on. It was like no one was working. You will have better luck if you drive a couple mins downthe street to the other Dunkin'. The drive-through was extremely slow... after 10 min of not moving, I backed out of the line (only room for 1 lane, so glad no... one was behind me), parked my van and went in. I had my coffee in hand in about 3 minutes, and as I walked out I realized thewhite truck at the window was the same vehicle as when I went 8n. Read more

7/8/21 11:20am Coffee isn?t always right. you?ll sit in the drive thru for 10 mins, with no one else in the drive thru or at... the window, and they won?t say anything to you and won?t take your order? We left and came back with two cars in front of usand now they?re doing the same thing to them. The manager is so rude and if you are that miserable, get a new job. Read more

7/5/2021 11:20AM. Went through the drive through and with it being a holiday, the line was long, which didn?t bother us. The... person taking our order, was very rude from the get go. When we get up to the window, she hands us our drinks and when we askfor our food, she then says ?what wake up wrap?. So we tell her and she says she didn?t hear us order that. We told her weneeded two wake up wraps. She then said sorry, the line is so f-ing (said the real word). She said it in a very rude way, not inan apologizing way. She was obviously annoyed. From reading the other reviews, wondering if this is the manager that everyonespeaks of. Basically, they through our food at us. Not the most pleasant experience. Read more

Today(03/16) 8:00 a.m. Once again, the manager from the Mr. Mikes on Wellington Road strikes again. They missed one of my three... coffees, no problem. I go around to get my 3rd coffee, which was already paid for, the manager gave an attitude because SHEthrew out the receipt and I explained that I had the order on my phone to validate. She then told me to F-off after she saidF-this WHAT DO YOU WANT?! Naturally, this was not flying and I told her where she place that coffee. She then tried to tell meI'm no longer welcome to this Dunkins....Yeah Corporate, I will be calling you today. BTW....this was no act of coincidence.The manager has been the worst ever and we've complained about her and, of course, she's been even worse since the complaint. Wehave felt targeted by name because every time she hears our names her demeanor changes. We know this because we can hear how shespeaks to others in front of us. i come here just about every day for the same coffee, never really had an issue before. for some reason the girl at the drive... thru today was absolutely horrid and could barely let me get out my order before cutting me off with a quick ?is that it?. i?venever had such poor service thankfully the gentleman at the drive thru window was helpful. 2/10 Read more
