Picked up an online order last Friday and when I bit into my sandwich it still had the parchment paper in it! Burnt crossiants,... wrong donuts. So I called for a refund and was told I would have to come in and a manger took my name and hung up. I have aphysical disability and this isn't always easy for me. I got there 3 days later. Nice girl behind the counter but didn't knowrefunds and had to call a manager, who didn't help her. She refunded the app and not my debit card like I asked. Okay, whatever.So today I go to place an order for my partner to pick up via the app and my refund is gone! Looking at my transaction historyit had been voided after I left! So I call back and speak to manager Jen (refused to give last name) who proceeded to get angrywith me that I wanted a refund without coming in YET AGAIN. Tells me they "don't have the technology" to go phone refunds(again, this was a mobile order, no one has had to see my card once. Even when I went in on Monday they didn't ask for it.) Thenshe tells me that "Its 2022, we need your card, what do you expect?!" Completely unprofessional. She proceeds to tell me SHE NOWWONT REFUND ME and hangs up. I call back and ask for her name. She gives me her first name, the basic corporate number, and tellme in a childish condescending voice to have a nice day. I have called to place a case with corporate but still no refund. I ambeyond upset and will be following up accordingly. Read more
I actually like coming here, drinks and food always done well. But please don?t bring your child to work and have them ?help?... make drinks and food. It?s not cute, it?s a health hazard. Read more

Great remodel but miss the Impossible Sausage, Egg, cheese on English muffin Sandwich.
It?s a Dunkin?s inside a gas station so what did I expect? That shouldn?t matter, but unfortunately it does. Drink was made... incorrectly and the sandwich was not cooked. I wasted a free beverage reward here. I?ve had the same exact drink many timesbefore so I know it was made wrong. Just not enough mocha swirl or milk. Read more

If there were 10 stars available they deserve 20. The girls here are so friendly, quick, and efficient. They had no more... Everything bagels left & I was kind of bummed so they made sure I got extra donuts. It's such a pleasant experience every time Istep foot into this location. Busy...dirty atmosphere. Unorganized... could not figure out where to pick up my sandwich ... took forever and sandwich was old.
