Late to open , they?re suspose to open at 7am but the lady came out and said we will open at 7 if our employees show up on time,... this is redicoulous , I need my coffee before work and had no time to brew at home. They rarely mess up my coffee. The weekend staff at not my fav. I was using a reward for a free breakfast sandwich w.purchase of... a medium or larger hot or ice coffee. Well I activate the reward and she scans it and it didn't total the price for just thecoffee. Instead of getting a manager or shift supervisor to help she stood there looking at me funny&asks me well do you stillwant it? Uh no unfortunately I'm broke, hence trying to obtain the sandwich for free. Her manager could have comped out thesandwich but nope the girl at the counter could not have cared any less! Sucks bcuz I go here almost everyday but my experiencetoday I just might start going to a different dunks w.better customer service. Read more
I work at a Dunkin? on the other side of town (and a few out of town prior to that) - So my opinion comes with a full... understanding of the frustrations of knowing the tasks at hand? THIS Dunks is phenomenal. Whether it be at 5AM, with 2 people on- Or the crazy chaotic weekends when they?re non stop slammed? Employees are always organized, polite, and efficient. I?d sayI?m entirely unsure how this store doesn?t have five stars - But it?s because of the RARE occurrence of problems, thoseproblematic customers WILL take the time to leave a negative review, when the positive are much less encouraged to share theirthoughts. Just went in for a coke glass of ice & donut the front crew member was rude also had to wait for a cup of ice for my bottle of... coke I asked one of the crew members for a cup of ice so she gets it as she is getting it she talks to the manager telling her Iam asking for my cup of ice the manager said they girl is back up with drinks we go by order of drinks I said why couldn't thegirl in front who wasn't busy get the ice for me the manager of the store with no name tag on said very rude the girl who makesthe drinks gets the ice so the point of this review is u have to wait about 15 minutes for just one cup of ice and the teammembers don't help out each other. I worked for Dunkin also was a manager I would never speak to a customer like that or would Ilike my crew members not help out each other. So I will never go back to valley Dunkin in Manchester nh again. Read more
Employees were friendly and service was pretty fast. Got the bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant and they're hella expensive.... They need to bring back the 2 for $6 deals because after what I paid today, I'll make my own from now on. Read more
I ordered a simple order, a coffee and an egg and cheese sandwich, but ended up waiting close to 25 minutes while I stood with... my coffee to receive the rest of my order. *Edit: This Dunkin's is probably one of the best in Manchester but hasunfortunately received a lot of traffic due to the temporary closure of the other nearby Dunkin's. I recommend coming hereregardless. The staff are friendly and the coffee always taste best here. Read more
