The guy got my order wrong we waited one hour and they missed a whole sub. I called and even after waiting so long for delivery... he asked me to pay for the other sub like I didn’t already order it as if I was adding it. It was his mistake, the least hecould do was deliver the sub he missed instead he seemed careless and just wanted the money. This is the SECOND time I've ordered from there and got my order wrong or came cold. They decided to make a cheese pizza instead... of pepperoni and just put the pepperoni on top INSTEAD of making a new one and delivered it cold, my son's fries were cold andsoggy. I didnt take a pic but the Onion Ring recipe should be changed a bit.. They looked just like the pics posted here.. But, I also... ordered 2 Gyros, 1 steak bomb, a medium fries which was all literally so good! I "sampled" both the gyro and the steak bomb suband they were both so good! So happy we got fries to make up for the onion rings. Customer Serivice was great and the food washot and got to us quickly. 2 days prior I ordered the Asian Wings. Also, so good! I haven't had a Giovanni's roast beef sandwich for over a year. It was not as good as I remember. I think it used to have more... roast beef. Even the 'extra' sauce I asked for was skimpy, though the bun seemed to be about the same size. Read more

I recently had a celebration of life for my Aunt Cora, in my home. We ordered Giovanni's pizza and an antipasto salad. Everyone... raved about the food and so loved the salad. I wish I could give the woman I talked to tonight 0 stars. I go to this place for roast beef sandwiches all the time. Tonight I... ordered a pick up order with two sandwiches for my boyfriend and I and when we got them they were so rare to the point where Iactually felt sick trying to eat them. So red and just absolutely disgusting which has never happened before. I called to askfor a refund for only the two sandwiches and nothing else that I got and the woman who answered (claiming to be the owner whichI do not believe) was so rude about it. Refused to give me any money back. She started by saying I can have 15% of my money backand then changed it to 10% so clearly it wasn’t a policy they were following. She said that I have to drive and “give herback her food” if I want a full refund. I said that was ridiculous to make a consistent customer especially drive all the wayback 25 minutes just to get money back for what THEY messed up. We said they can definitely send the delivery driver which shesaid she can’t. Being in the restaurant industry I was genuinely so confused and shocked at how she handled the situation. SoIn reality they could’ve given me like 16 dollars back for their disgusting rare food they gave me and I would’ve 100% goneback but instead they lost consistent business. Absolutely appalled.
