Ok, I've been sleeping on this one. Always thought, "gourmet Mac and cheese... Really?...." Man was I wrong. I'm so glad my... buddy dragged me in here. Because you Mr. Mac, have just claimed a lifelong customer. Plenty of Mac and cheese to choose from,each with their own flair, but the customization is outrageous. And oh boy let me tell you, I will take advantage of it nexttime. They have cooler drinks, as well as a drink fountain. Sauces with plastic ramekins. Not to mention the very accessable togo containers. PSA, they are right there and you will need them. We tried four of the many different options. The ClassicAmerican, The Jalapeno Popper, The go to Buffalo Chicken, and lastly, we are here in New Hampshire! So of course thelobster. Food aside, the immediate greeting one you walk in is just a pleasure. Rob greeted with energy and charisma that justset the entire experience. Welcoming and informative. As a first timer i was pretty stoked to see if the food compared. Itdid! Everyone reading, I don't know if you've ever really had Mac n cheese until you've tried this. The following all in myopinion. But as Mac and cheese goes, and yes including your grandma's, vs what I had... This is how it goes down. The American= 9 Buffalo =10 Jalapeno popper = 8 Lobstah is a 10 out of 10 all F***ing day! It's perfect for a lunch spot, but make sure you arrivehungry and take their portion sizes as an exact science (when they say "feeds one," they MEAN, "feeds one to the max"!). You notonly get your money's worth; you walk away fully satisfied (and likely requesting a takeout box). Flavors range from PhillyCheese Steak to American Chop Suey, but I selected the perennial Bacon Cheddar Mac. Smokey bacon bits cooked to crispyperfection and mixed in layers of sharp-to-mild cheddar with a baked-brown, toasted mozzarella topping. No matter what youorder, it arrives burn-your-tongue sizzling in a cast iron skillet, fresh from the kitchen. I also ordered a side of cheesybroccoli with equally scrumptious results. The interior is clean and inviting with an exciting, startup-business orroad-trip-Instagram-able feel. For example, there's entire wall comprised of artwork (much of it pop culture references andmemes) drawn by customers raving about their meals. Service feels timely and personable, and the only downside is not havingenough stomachs to sample every mac and cheese dish in one sitting! Fortunately, there's also takeout (Take n' Bake)! Good macaroni and cheese ????. Good service. Had ketchup and hot sauce available. Very clean inside. Outdoor dining... available. Issues: No one knew if Mr. Mac's had public Wifi available, they do. Which means, no one knew the password ????.Limited parking ?????. Size to price isn't the greatest. A three to five portion is really small. My friend and I ate less so mykids could have more. Guys, this place is terrific. I had the Cheese Please (super cheesey and excellent) and my wife had the Lobstah. The Lobstah... really had this awesome lobster taste - they weren't screwing around. The flavors are great, definitely a must try. The classic just cheese has amazing cheese flavors and is the number one I would... recommend to try. This is way better then Mac and cheese at other fast food places. They have a huge menu of types of Mac andcheese and I wish I had more time to try more types. Only thing don?t expect gourmet Mac and cheese. The flavors are great butthe ingredients are at par with fast food. The flavors are on point when it comes to different types of cheese. Only thing Iwish is the chicken was fresher, it seemed liked the pre cooked pre sliced variety. It would of been elevated to gourmet if thatwas on point too.
