I ordered a Southern Charm Burger for delivery. The food was cold, but aside from that the burger was missing nearly all the... ingredients. It's a patty, cheese and a mountain of onions. I understand the staffing shortage. Training new people. But how are you going to serve fries when it clearly says streamed... broccoli. Also I said no cheese, guess what was on the burger... cheese. Firstly, on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm we had a 25 minute wait. 2 adults and 1 kid. They "ran out of crayons" so that was a... bummer. Once we were finally seated, the restaurant had only six or seven tables in use. Placed our order, and waited 35minutes for three burgers and fries. Another thing we noticed was a lot of the staff were sitting down at the unoccupied tableson their phones closest to the kitchen. Now if this was their break great I appreciate that, however, why were they not in adesignated break room? Or is this how the staff goes about their typical day, on their phones out in the open? Our table wassticky, so were the salt and pepper shakers, and the ketchup container all felt like they hadn't been wiped down in quite awhile. The tablet that allows you to pay the bill felt like milk was spilled all over it and hadn't been wiped down in a whileeither. When our meals arrived, they were cold, with very overcooked burgers (asked for a medium, and medium rare), and soggyfries. Personally the burger that I ordered came with bacon, and it was microwavable Oscar Mayer bacon at that! If you guyspride yourself on a being burger joint at least use real bacon. I did ask for the manager to at least make him aware that twoout of the three meals were wrong. He stated the cooks have to cook the burgers a certain way... So I stated... Very overcookedand cold then, which is not at all how we asked for? He apologized and walked away back towards the bar. It seemed as thoughthe manager was also the bartender for the afternoon. Our waitress came back to the table to ask what was wrong and we explainedto her our interaction with her manager. She stated she's very sorry and that he's brand new within 3 to 4 weeks. I came here with my family yesterday for dinner, so there were 7 of us at my table. The staff did a pretty good job at managing... a larger party, which was nice to see. The food was all pretty good, no complaints really from anyone. My burger was especiallygood (pictured below). We got some shakes for dessert too, and they were delicious. They even brought out some of the extrashake in a separate cup for us. Overall we had a pretty good experience, and I would definitely return at some point. Read more

Ordered the new Impossible Burger with Garlic Fries and their limited 'Pineapple upside down cake milkshake'. The impossible... patty can be put on any of their burger styles. They also have gluten free buns and lettuce wraps for those who are sensitive orallergic to gluten. Read more

I used to really like this place but this will be my last time going! I ordered a burger and asked to add avocado on it (I?ve... gone here for years and have gotten avocado on my burgers)?this is what i got?its the tiniest little slap of guacamole on thebun. I asked the waitress when she made her rounds about how come it?s guacamole and not sizes avocado like I?m used to and shesaid that they don?t do slices and she didn?t seem like she was aware that they ever did though I know for sure I?ve gottenslices of avocado on my burgers previously. When I started to eat the burger the patty was so dry and burnt that I couldn?t eventaste rest of the stuff on the burger so after taking couple bites I told her that I can finish and kindly she ended up takingthe whole order off my bill so that was very nice of her. My gf, 3 teens, and I went to this place and was really not liking this chain. It's the first time we have been to red robin and... it was very bad experience. We sat down and got our drinks which was pretty slow for them. Then the waitress took our orders andthat was fine too. But the another server came out with just one of our meals and our orginal server told her to bring it backto the kitchen because it was supposed to go to the rest of the order. We thought nothing of it, so 5 to 10 mins later all ourfood comes out Including appetizers which was ok I guess the teens didn't complain at all, but my burger was cold and noseasoning and not even cooked right I thought this is what they pride themselves on, guess not. Anyway the only thing I like forfood was the onion rings.and my gf ordered tblt and it was just As bad As my burger flavorless and just not good. She also hadsweet potato fries and they were over cooked and inedible. As I am looking around I see that there was bottles above us which haven't been cleaned in a long time so I took a couple of pictures them. Not 5 mins later the floor manager comes up to thetable and asked how our food/experience was? I said mediocre at best, I was waiting for him to ask why but he just said ok andwalked away I didn't eat my meal and thought that was very unprofessional of him. And it was way over priced and the lack ofprofessionalism and cleanliness disgusted me and my gf. Will not be going there again.
