We attended Bruch here and our meal was delicious and a true Farm to Table restaurant. They source there food from numerous... local farms. The food was well presented and the taste was out of this world. Excellent waitstaff that both have knowledge ofthe menu and are professional! First time in Republic and YOU have to experience it ! My favorite thing was Vermont Feta Bites It was very unique and tasty and... the tzatziki sauce on top was amazing idea. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Staff are extremely very detaillyknowledge about the food it is like they are cooking it and they know how to make the food especially the servers. We had ayoung gentleman with long hair he was great I wish I can remember his name. He knew the food a to z soup to nuts. They have aunique menu it is not like other regular restaurants. We stopped in here on a cold rainy day. The mango green tea was a nice warm up to salad and appetizers. Vegetarian kibble was... nicely flavored, although not a very big portion. The mixed green salad was nice too. Overall the restaurant was a bit pricierthan expected ? likely due to the cost of a mixed drink. Read more

Recommended! Great food and atmosphere. Excellent service. Republic merged with Campo Enoteca during the pandemic. So both menus... are available. We enjoyed items from the daily specials. Read more
Absolutely love this place. The drinks are crafted beautifully and the food always tastes so fresh. I have never had to wait for... a table they always accommodate the best they can. Whether it?s a drink after work or a special occasion I will pick this placeevery time. Read more
The food was delicious! The outdoor seating offered an interesting veiw of passerbys up close, including squirrels and a dog... who loved a free ???? dish of water the restaurant offered. Service was good, but, I was surprised when after I ordered anappetizer, hummus with olive oil and bread, that I was asked "Is that it?" . I also had to ask for a dessert menu. I had threepeople for service and all were friendly. I had a French dish for my meal, an Arnold Palmer, ice tea with lemonade and maplesyrup, for a drink and German chocolate cake for dessert. I recommend this restaurant. Only thing that took away from theexperience was the loud motorcycles and music from car stereos. Wifi available. Read more
Heard a lot of good things so figured it was time to check it out. Good location, minor wait which was fair considering it was... dinner. Menu has a lot of interesting farm to table meal ideas that unfortunately lack execution and are largely forgetable. Ourapp and two entrees while generous in portion were largely bland and overwhelming. Service was excellent so we may try again,but we'll be sure to order something different. Read more
